These are cards which, instead of red, blue, green or yellow covers, have the following:
purple

orange

Each colour can only be used once.

If it helps, it was written in six POVs. It takes place in an apartment building in Paris and mainly within the grounds of the apartment building.

It also reads quickly as the chapters are short and only reveal pieces of the real story at a time. My 3 star rating is purely due to the fact that I wasn't looking for a non 6 person POV and I had to keep flipping back to remind myself of what that person had previously said or stated to keep myself grounded in their story.

The story begins the minute you read the first line. There really isn't any build up or wait.

Hi! Yes - Kiss and Don't Tell has a W character. The main Female is Winnie Berlin. I have it on the SS as well. :-)

I hope you feel better soon!

Annalisa | 1659 comments For the mini with setting I want to make sure our books work. Some of the books that have been posted to work the description lists countries where the book cannot be set in Canada, USA, England, Australia, or New Zealand. This means the narrator/s cannot be in one of those countries. Thank you for your help with this.

Can those of you who have red books for this task please let us know that none of the book is set in Canada, USA, England, Australia, or New Zealand.

Insiyah Call Me By Your Name

I was worried about this. The first and last chapters of The Romantic Pact take place in the US. The first in CA and the last in VT. I was going through the rules again after I had logged this read and realized it may/would disqualify it.

I have All the Light We Cannot See which I believe someone else has used for this round. Are two of us able to use this book for the same round? If so would I be able to use that for a book set in France?

I also still have The Guest List to read by the month's end. That is set in Ireland.

I'm just about finished with The Love Interest by Kayley Loring (finishing this morning) I was going to log it as a classical painting cover similar to the American Psycho cover. Will this work?
I've added the characters and setting items for other cards it fits to the SS as well.

Thank you for the heads up Maggie. Lucy Foley likes her books with too many characters. I'll probably pick it up when we need more country books. I just started a short memoir that is set from Norway to Portugal.
