The Charm Offensive by Alison Cochrun. It's a m/m romance set against the backdrop of a "The Bachelor"-type reality dating show. The bulk of the book is set in the United States [North America], but they do go on "quests" in Munich, Germany [Europe]; Cape Town, South Africa [Africa]; and Bali, Indonesia [Asia].

The First Time I Said Goodbye by Claire Allan
The Devil Wears Prada
Around the World in 80 Days by Jules Verne
Fire by Sebastian Junger

The Midnight Library takes place partially in Australia, Antarctica and England
I am not sure which one I will count for this theme. I am going to see if they fit any others

Set in Europe and Antarctica. An endearing and humorous tale that I absolutely loved!
