12 -- Set On At Least Two Continents
I just finished this one today, so it won't be for my 2022 challenge, but I'd recommend it for others looking for something for this prompt:The Charm Offensive by Alison Cochrun. It's a m/m romance set against the backdrop of a "The Bachelor"-type reality dating show. The bulk of the book is set in the United States [North America], but they do go on "quests" in Munich, Germany [Europe]; Cape Town, South Africa [Africa]; and Bali, Indonesia [Asia].
Wish you were here by Jodi picoult. Set in NYC( North America) and Galapagos(South America). My first five star read of 2022, it was such a good read.
On Earth We're Briefly Gorgeous by Ocean VongThe First Time I Said Goodbye by Claire Allan
The Devil Wears Prada
Around the World in 80 Days by Jules Verne
Fire by Sebastian Junger
I read "Murder on the Orient Express" which takes place in Asia and Europe, and discusses events in North America.
Violeta, Isabel Allende's newest novel, takes place primarily in South America, but the main character also spends time in North America (USA), Europe (Norway), and Antarctica. I was privileged to receive an ARC, which I enjoyed greatly. The novel will be released in the US on 1/25/22.
Die For You by Lisa Unger is set in New York City and Prague. https://cdnbookworm.blogspot.com/2022...
I read Murder on the Orient Express. It starts in Asia and then the train goes into Europe. Then, past events set in America are discussed.
I believe I mentioned these in the check-in discussions, but I read Dead Zero by Stephen Hunter, a thriller that starts out in Afghanistan (Asia) and ends up in the United States (North America), and as my "redo a prompt with another genre" I read The Strange Journey of Alice Pendelbury by Mark Levy, which starts out in the UK (Europe) and moves to Istanbul (Asia), where Alice looks for the most important person in her life.
I had previously listened to Taste for this prompt, but wanted to read a physical book also. I read Red, White & Royal Blue.
I read ‘Migrations’ by Charlotte McConaghy. This is a beautifully written book! Our main character, Franny, is searching to find herself and where she belongs. She is determined to follow the Arctic Terns and find beauty left in the world. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The Invisible Life of Addie Larue takes places in France and New York CityThe Midnight Library takes place partially in Australia, Antarctica and England
I am not sure which one I will count for this theme. I am going to see if they fit any others
I just finished reading "The Authenticity Project" where two main characters were in Asia during the book, otherwise they were in London and the characters traveled to France as a group (although that is all Europe.) I LOVED THIS BOOK!
A Train to Moscow - characters travel to both the Asian and European parts of Russia. I’m counting it!!
Stone Barrington is always jet setting around in his private jet
Criminal Mischief by Stuart Woods 2/21/22https://titlesurfingwithtraci.blogspo...

How the Penguins Saved Veronica by Hazel Prior.
Set in Europe and Antarctica. An endearing and humorous tale that I absolutely loved!
“The Island of Missing Trees” (Cyprus is considered transcontinental according to the World Atlas, that is, both Europe and Asia.)
I read "The Day the World Came to Town," by Jim Defede. Fascinating piece of 9/11 history I had previously been unaware of.
Daughters of Smoke and Fire is a powerful story about the struggles of the Kurdish people in Iran, by Ava Homa the first Kurdish woman to publish a novel in English. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Here is my review
I read "The Catch Me if You Can: One Woman's Journey to Every Country in the World" by Jessica Nabongo
I just read
The Diamond Eye by Kate Quinn which is a historical fiction based on the story of Lyudmila Pavlichencko, a Ukrainian sniper known by the Russians as Lady Death for her part in fighting against the German invasion of her homeland in WW2. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ here is my review

Have you picked up on our “two” theme for the year 2022? This prompt is a book that is set on at least two continents. This could be a book that has a dual-timeline or multiple points of view, or it could be a travel book, or a book about refugees. As always, you can choose either a fiction or non-fiction read for this prompt.
