I'd recommend The Hate You Give! Though there is technically a second book, the first one works as a standalone :)

So there were two standalone books on your list that I gave 5 stars to. Pride and Prejudice or Big Little Lies. (Big Little Lies does deal with heavy subject matter in abuse and bullying fyi)

I'd recommend Pride and Prejudice because that story doesn't get old for me.
