Idk. It's always been like that. I never questioned it until I got to know that in most countries schools are off on Saturdays.

Change that to schools. Many schools in India have off on Saturday while many don't.

They make us feel so overwhelmed and then when our mental health crashes it’s still all about assignments and grades.

Our music teacher at school was the best teacher at school. First thing obviously I loved being in choir. And he was just so open with us. He let us present our views. And also we could fool around. And well sometimes we ranted about other teachers because yes. He's literally the best teacher I've ever had.
And because we don't have online classes for choir I haven't seen him in like January 2020.
He was just the sort of teacher who just felt like family and I miss him and choir so much.

Nowadays it's six hours. But most of the times it's somehwere between six to seven hours.

Well we don't really have classes for choir.We just went there for the morning assembly and for practice of our performances whenever there was any function at our school.

It isn't even a question. Accoring to them, students shouldn't even have their own phones.
