I really liked the part where Ansel was like " She is my friend and I will save her" ir something like that. I love their friendship
Anna, I laughed when he was like "everyone around me is a witch and everyone knew but me?! even ansel knew?!" it was so funny. how'd he get his job as the captain haha
Bella, Beou is his half brother. It's ridiculous how that Beou was introduced just one page in the whole book making out and being dumb and the next moment he is in the main rescue squad, WHAAAAT?!
yeah, he came out of nowhere almost.. I don't really understand his purpose yet but maybe we'll see?
Bella, ahahah, yes, Reid was also slow to get that red witch was his mom, it was hilarious how he was trying to put 2 and 2.
Sophia, I understand that he's upset with her for being a witch and "abandoning" him (in his eyes), but I'm sure he'll come around
Sophia, I don't know. I think he's fine, just ignoring her, because there is too much on his plate already. He will deal with her later. And he has every right to be angry, in my opinion. He can't just forget all his childhood in one moment and trust a stranger, believing that she never abandoned him.
I honestly don’t think that Coco she like Ansel in that way I also don’t think she is serious about Beau either.
I want to see maybe, like in Dark Artifices the love between Mark, Christine and Kieren, I will really enjoy it
Everyone has different opinion, lol. I think she'll be joking with Ansel and just teasing him, but then she will suddenly see him grow up and become a man, not a boy, so they will end up together.
But, really, when I read about Archbishop being Lou's dad I was like "NOOOOOO" , it was so unexpected for me.
RIGHT?! It still doesn't really make sense to me! I understand how it could happen, but I still don't understand why he would have her marry Reid
Bella, because he loved Reid like his son and believed in his kindness. He knew that this way Lou will stay protected, he could trust Reid.
YA is in real need for kind characters like Ansel instead of those angsty, edgy and snarky ones... too many of those.
Anna, that's a good point! that's also a way for him to keep a close eye on her, which he possibly would not have been able to do if she were in prison
I'm leaving now, because I really want to read some more before bed. We are having our final meeting tomorrow! When are we starting 'Blood and Honey'?
I don't know if I will be able to join for the second book. The bookstores here are closed, if I find it like ebook I would be able to join, I really want to find it, wish me luck
I have a bookstore 20 minutes walking from home, they have a website and deliver my books home in around 10 minutes after I call them and say that I placed the order. I live in heaven:D I wish I had money to buy moooooore books, though!!!
Btw, you are lucky to live in US, because you pay half a price of what I pay for each book! An average price for a hardcover here is about 30$
