She really remind me of Inej from Six of crows for some reason. Lou is strong character that doesn't give up so easy.
So far I'm kinda disappointed with the world building, though I like the idea of French witches. :DBut, on the other hand, I like that the story is told from the point of view of both characters.
Reid is like Matthias (Six of Crows), but with the unintentional thing for witches.
And the last sentences from the last chapter were just WOW! I like to saythat I didn't expected that ending
When I started reading it and I saw two names in chapters, I was like this for sure is going to be enemies to lovers romance, you know from the things where they hate each other but there is only one bed :)
The start wasn't bad.But, again, it's not YA with all that swearing and I'm sure there will be some steamy scenes soon.
I like that they show both point of views instead of just staying with one but when I first start I though the same thing that it would be enemies to lovers
I really enjoy the story about the ring. How was it spoken from the main character and it wasn't difficult writted
