I just downloaded The Doctor’s Nanny by Rose Fresquez. She’s a new to me author so really excited to dive in. Also, the January group selection. Other than that I’ll be selecting as the month goes by because it’s really hard for me to stick to a plan; that whole “SQUIRREL!” thing. Lol.
I am currently reading
a book set in WW2 England and probably will not finish it before the year end. I have not yet decided what to read next; it will be something from my e-reader list as I have nothing from the library.
ETA: I did finish it and have now read 277 books in 2020.

.Is there any certain book by Amanda Dykes I start with?
I found a couple more books from a series that I thought I had finished, so will be reading them next.
and
They are books 6 and 7 and are not full-length novels; more like novellas. After that I will work on a few LIS series from 2020 starting with
I also have two e-books on hold at the library and am #5 on two copies for one and #7 on one copy so I may get them this month as well.

I agree Loraine. The pace was a little slower than prior novels. Still good though!

I actually enjoyed the slower pace of this one, and I enjoyed the break for the 18th century. I was glad to read an historical fiction book with this time period and setting that was actually fairly historically accurate.
Jennifer and I are reading
. I heard there a thread for this read so if you interested to join us find the thread and we would all love to have you!!

It's so cool to see all these possible reads! Can't wait to take a closer look at these books. :D Currently, I'm not reading anything of note. But I'm planning on reading some E.D.E.N. Southworth, either The Hidden Hand - Thankfully, I own a physical copy - or The Missing Bride, which I'll need to read on Gutenberg/Google docs. And Love Comes Softly #1!! I really like the movies, so I'm excited to read the books, though I expect them to be rather different.
I did already read Leota's Garden by Francine Rivers - it was really good!
