Yeah, my boss retired last December. I've interviewed for the spot now but they're making their decision soon. So everything has been rather chaotic with nothing being set.

Hunting was good this week! I got my first Merely Kat and a Shambler Zombie (as well as all the weekly critters).I also have so much Drop bear meat, I'm giving it away to whomever wants some!
Hmmm... Ok. Let me ponder it. I need to get back to writing one off quests just to get them out there.
Did we ever discuss the following situation:If I give someone a duplication potion --> could they duplicate one of their books and then give/sell it to me? Like the transfer of the eggs?
Separate but related question:
can we duplicate books we read before we started this challenge?
I think it was yes to the first question. And I think the second one was only if it was the welcome basket sort of books from before the challenge. At least as far as using books from before the challenge.
Well if it's possible does anyone have any of these books: they'd want to duplicate and make some gold from? (I will give the duplication potion)The Snow Queen
The Shadow Queen
The Red Queen
The Orphan Queen

Thanks Halli, but I should explain what quest I'm working on:The Power of Red
The red gem represents power. When activated it helps to supercharge your hero for a short time.
Read 3 sets of uncharged and charged books. To charge a book take an uncharged books title and add one word to it.
Examples:
Darkest Night charged to The Darkest Night
Shift charged to Night Shift
Actually I just checked and I have read Red Queen, or if it's queen you're charging (I'm guessing?), I've read The Star-Touched Queen too.
You can trade Potion Tokens for any of the potions at Caravan Hill. They come in handy when you're planning big battles and need them!Mercenary Coupons are similar in that you can hire one of the mercenaries without paying gold/other objects. There is another thread here that lists the ones you can use - great extras for battles.
Thanks Cathy.Do you know where I can get a shotgun? I noticed that you need one to fight the zombies...
There are matching quests that give you the items needed for all levels of zombies. I can't link ATM but you can find them in the quests thread.
Look under the Zombie quests, its the first 1 listed. Sorry would link it but am on my tablet right now!
So I have The Queen. And I think The counts as a word so I can't do Red Queen (which sucks cause I have that too). Or if someone has The Red Queen (think it's a Philippe Gregory book) I would buy that.
Ack this is hard!

I have a question on the puppy quest...for a book where the author uses a middle name. Does it need to be a full name or just an initial?

I have a question. Where do we turn in the quests? Do we keep it in our own thread or is there a folder for it?

I seem to remember hearing one of my fellow travelers speaking of an electronic document (I think they called it a spreadsheet) that would help them track information on reserved books. Have any of you heard this tale?

Hmm. I don't remember a specific banked book spreadsheet. I remember a discussion that Reva was a part of where she talked about her scheme for banking books.https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...
You could combine that with a spreadsheet.
There's a small spreadsheet for book recommendations but that doesn't look like it went anywhere. https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...
I'm not sure if you were talking about me, but I do have a spreadsheet that I use to keep track of my stuff. You're welcome to use my format!
