Oh, it's not compulsory, you can just name the book. But if you want to add the pic, just click on the link that says 'add book/author' above where you are writing your comment. There, choose 'cover', and then search for the book, then add it.

The September challenge was just a readathon - a strict one, that is XD
In the Oct challenge, you basically have to 'kill ghosts' by completing prompts. And here, you just have to 'vote for candidates' by completing prompts, so there isn't much difference :d
Also, added! :)

A single book can only be used for one prompt. So you would have to choose which one of the prompts to use for that certain book.
We have a slight change in the "bonus BOTM points" rule.
To get the bonus points for reading the BOTM, you need to have commented atleast twice on the respective BOTM discussion threads.
The previous, October month, if you finish one of October's BOTMs this month and hadn't commented on the thread, it's fine since those threads are now locked.
But from this month, please do comment on the BOTM discussion threads if you would like the bonus points.

No, we're not voting for the USA candidates, but the character made by us! We have 6 characters, and 4 prompts for each of them. Those prompts are pretty easy, we promise. In order to vote, you have to complete all 4 prompts.
Once you complete voting for one character, you can vote for the same character again or move on and vote for some more characters. So yes, you're free to vote!
In the end, the votes will be counted and the character/candidate who has the most votes would win. If the votes in progress have crossed 2 votes, they would still be counted.
Your normal page points are there, along with a bonus of 20 more points if the character you voted for wins. If you voted for the character twice, you'll get the double of 20 i.e. 40, and vice versa.
This is a solo challenge, so there will be an individual winner at the end.
Page Points:
1 - 99 pages = 1 point
100 - 199 pages = 2 points
200 - 299 pages = 3 points
300 - 399 pages = 4 points
400 - 499 pages = 5 points
500 - 599 pages = 6 points
600 - 699 pages = 7 points
700 - 799 pages = 8 points
800 - 899 pages = 9 points
900+ pages = 10 points
Extra points:
BOTM = x3
Buddy Read = x2
Manga/Graphic Novel/Comic = -2 points
Poetry/Cookbook = -3 points
Reviewed = +5 points
Bonus Points:
5 points + after you voted for a character.
20 points + if the character you voted for wins.

To sign up, comment your book goal for just mild determination :)
