Review:
I read this in 2018 so this was a re-read for me and I think I liked it even better this second time around. Aiden isn't my favorite MZ grumpy hero (Ivan Lukov gets that honor at the moment), but he comes through in the end. MZ is the queen of the slow burn so I know to expect it from her going in to a story, but my biggest issue with this one is that it drags out a little TOO long and gets a repetitive. But I still love it. 😊

It was a good story , it was sizzling hot and humorous at times I did enjoy Jenna and Emmett. Emmett thought he was God's gift to women with a revolving door for women. Jenna wanted a baby after being stuck in an elevator for two hours she takes Emmett on his offer to let him give her a baby the old fashion way instead of a turkey baster or artificial insemination.

Review: This was a re read for me. I love Julie James, I've read all of her books multiple times and this is one of my favourites. The writing is funny, characters are enjoyable and the story has a good mix of romance as well as their undercover work. Review:
So this book was good but not my favorite. It told the story of two young girls moving to NYC to leave the life they grew up in. One ended up finding long lost family members and the other had a rougher time. I felt it was interesting that one of the girl's long last dad who was very wealthy took her in without questioning anything. Sounds like times were different in the 1920's for sure. I do probably need to read the rest of the series at some point just to see how these girls lives end up.

Review:
This book was pretty good. This review is harder to write because I can't tell too much about the book because I'm not sure who all has read or is planning on reading it. I love reading about the connections between Noah, Mercedes, and Cora. Cora wasn't my favorite character of the three. I just didn't connect with her and I didn't like how she talked to Mercedes sometimes. I really liked Mercedes and Noah. Reading about their story and how the overall progression of their relationship was really good. One of the funniest parts of the book to me was Gia and potty-training and when she decided to go potty in the litter box like the cat. That was funny. It was a really good book and I am really enjoying Amy Harmon this year.

Review: This was a really fun read but got a little draggy towards the end. The MCs were both great and I was rooting for all the side characters too, especially Minnie's sister Diana. It was funny and the plot was engaging but it could have been shorter.

Review:
I have to keep reading the series now. I really liked Lexie and Ty. Lexie is such a spitfire. I loved the scene in the salon where she meets Misty and talks to her. It's really good. I loved how Lexie was in love with fast muscle cars. Ty is the bad boy that you know has a past but you need to keep reading to find out more. I also liked learning more about the characters from previous stories. Like bringing in Nina and Max from book one in a different town.
Sorry I'm so late getting this posted! This is the final week, so once a team checks in that they are complete, the game will be over. I'm sorry to say that I'm still working on my Week 9 book 'cause I've been going through some stuff but I hope to have it done tomorrow!
