Question: If we read the sequels past #4 do we no longer receive the 10 bonus points?
Answer: Yes and no.
For instance for
you can read books 1-5 or up to 4 sequels so you could read 2-5 or 6-9Question: And the threads aren't live yet right?

I thought we can only read up to 4 in a series for the bonus points? Shoot, if I had realized we can do more, I would have started Night World sooner since I have 9 of them. So how many can we count?
It's the first and up to 4 others in the series so that means if you do what I did you can read upto number 5 but all other don't count.
Ahh okay. Thanks. 😄 although now really wish I started night world sooner lol. They are short and so far I’ll liking it.

***If you choose to read one of our GBRs, and the book has a sequel, you may also read up to 4 sequels on the same thread.***
Each GBR read earns you a massive ✩10 points✩ towards your total for the MMC.
Please Note -
* All GBRs will start on August 1st, and finish on August 31st, meaning that all GBRs will be valid for the whole month.
* If a GBR has sequels, you may read up to 4 of those on the GBR thread for bonus points. (Novellas of less than 100 pages will not count)
* Books must be read within the challenge dates, if you start early it will not count.
* You must make at least 4 detailed comments about the book on the buddy read thread. If your comments do not contain details then it will not count.
* We also expect you to make an effort to discuss the book with other people on the thread. If you simply post updates and ignore the other people reading the book then we will not count that as a buddy read.
* If you have read one of the GBRs before, then it must have been at least 8 months since you read it for it to count again.
