Cheryl Pacaud (chermama30) | 390 comments Good job Team I just submitted our task.

MountainKat | 31599 comments Here is your next task:

8. Read a minimum of 1000 pages in books with Contemporary Romance as MPG.

Both 'Contemporary' and Romance' need to be listed as MPG to qualify, though they do not necessarily need to be combined. Remember to use the first edition Kindle page count!

Cheryl Pacaud (chermama30) | 390 comments Ok I’m going to sound really new at the moment but I’m not good at all with acronyms. What does MPG contemporary romance mean?

I have an answer for that! Let me go copy that - I just saw it in another challenge I'm working on. 😊

Q: What does MPG mean?
A: Main Page Genre

On the main page of the book on the right hand side there is a section that says "Genres". Anything listed under that section is counted as an MPG.

message 205: by MountainKat, Moderator (new)

MountainKat | 31599 comments I didn't know that at first either! But basically, I need to see it on the main book page without clicking to the top shelves.

MountainKat | 31599 comments Here is your LAST task!

100. Read a book with an average rating of 4.2 or higher. No pass for this task. You can read as many books as you wish, each book completed earns a point.

The books you choose need to have an average GR rating of 4.2 or higher. You can find this number on the main book page, use the average rating in your qualification. There is no pass for this task - so every team member needs to complete a book before the task is considered complete and points are tallied. Completions need to be posted prior to midnight US EDT on Tuesday, June 9th when the challenge ends.
