Sam wakes up with a yawn. She is still in the waiting room where sge had fallen asleep using her dad as a pillow. She blinks sleepily as she can make out the figure of the nurse at the nicu coming towards them

Sam groans. She cant remember the last time she had a night of sleep that badThe nurse sits by them and she gives sam a moment to wake up
"Im really sorry that I have to tell you this but, your daughter passed away this morning shortly after 3 AM" the nurse says softly "we tried everything but her heart just couldnt support her body. It was far too under developed. " the nurse explains gentlyAfter hearing the news, sam feels her stomach turn over. What had she done to deserve this. She lost her daughter. How was she going to tell haylee? The pain of losing her daughter makes her physically ill and she runs to the nearest restroom, making it just in time for her stomach to empty
After a moment sam sits against the wall. She starts crying and she gets herself worked up to the point where she is gasping sharply for air between sobs
Sam cries into his coat. It seemes tl her that crying was the only thing she could do at that point
After a short time sam comes in to see haylee
Sam sits next to haylee "she didnt make it through the night. Her heart couldn't support her body" sam says softly
Sam held haylee close and cried with her. Why them? What had they done?
"Its not your fault. If anything its the doctor's fault for not reading the ultrasound and figuring out we had twins." Sam says "we still have one healthy little girl."
Sam held annabelle close "hm...anna...or belle?"
((Ok))Sam opens the door you annabelle's room "annie...time to wake up sweetie pie"
"You want breakfast right?" Sam says with a smile as she turns on annabelle's lamp.((I was thinking maybe sam carries the next baby? ))
"Which one?" She asks excitedly, unsure if it was hers or haylees as they had both had ivf
Sam's face lit up "really? Oh this is so amazing!" She says happily
Benji sighed and put his shirt on and he came up "whats up squirt?" He asks Sam smiled and hugged haylee.
"Thats right. Happy birthday by the way." banji says, remembering it was her birthdaySam sighed for a moment. She had almost forgotten what day it was. But none the less it would be a good day
Sam smiles "well if the guests can gwt here then i say party it up" sam says with a smile
"Annie. Inside voice." Sam saysBanji sighs and comes out of his room
"Hey..niomi" banji says, blusjing slightly. Why did he have to be wearing the same jeans from yesterday?Sam smiles and goes to call her mom amd tell her the good news
Banji smiles "yeah...I guess I am""So we just got the results of tge test" sam says with a smile
Niomi blushes "really? Writes?""I am" sam says happily
Naomi blushes "how about you pick me up at 7 tomorrow? "Sam smiles
"For dinner silly" naomi giggles"After trying how many times...its finally happened" sam says happily
Naomi laughs and leans down to annie. "Jeez what does it take to make a hint?" She says sarcastically, loud enough for benji to hear itSam smiles as the go back to the others
Sam laughs "just be yourself."((Skip a month? ))
Sam smiles as she looks at haylee. But after a moment she feel her stomach turn over. She gets up and dashes for the bathroom
"Seriously...why is it called mornkng sickness? It should be called "every-moment-of-the-day" sickness" sam says somewhat weakly when she finishes but she stays in the bathroom because it isnt uncommon for her to throw up two or three times in a row
"I feel like im going to throw up again..." she says with a soft groan and then she quickly moves her head over the toilet and again throws up
"I will in a moment" sam says softly as she takes a mmoment to get her breath back
After a moment sam feels better "i think im good for now. What time is our appointment today?" She asks, knowing that they had an appointment with the OB doc today
"Shit. Really? " she asks as she takes the items and she quickly brushes her teeth
Sam smiles "i love you too. But we need to go" sam says as she pulls on her jacket
They arrive at the office a few minutes later
Sam smiles and goes to confirm the appointment
"I'd be doing great if I could stop throwing up as much" sam says in an upbeat way
"Yeah. Im trying to stay away from medicine. But other than that I'm doing great" sam says
Sam follows right along and she lays down on the bed then she pulls her shirt up part way to expose her stomach
Sam smiles at the black and white pictures
((Lol you like the idea of twins dont you?))Sam sighed. She had really hoped it wouldn't be twins
"I was hoping it wasnt twins." Sam admits softly
"Hey...its not your fault. Its my fault." Sam says jokingly
"What if we cant handle two babies? We could hardly manage one." Sam askd with a sigh
Sam looks over at him "I thought we taught you inside voice when you were five?" She asks. Her hand is on her now slightly swollen belly
