Sam sighs. Apparently haylee hadnt realized the full extent of her injuries but never the less sam carfully laid next to her

Sam smiles and pulls the cake out of the oven "hey benji did you get your present for sis?" She asks.
"Haylee i dont think they are going to call" sam says gently
Sam hugged haylee close "come on. Lets do the birthday cake and then you can open your presents"
Sam watches benji "you cant hear anything like that kiddo"
Sam smiled, knowing the baby didnt even have legs to kick with at this point
Sam smiles as she cuts the cake into slivers
Sam takes her own piece and then she cuts one for benji
Sam smiles and warps her arm around haylee's waist "happy birthday my dear"
((Yup. To where she is full term of 5 months along?))

((Lol its ok))Sam wakes up to the sunlight streaming in the window. She looks at hayler who is still sleeping and she cant help but smile. She throws back the covers so she can go get benji ready for school
"Lucky duck. No school for you kiddo" sam says with a smile as she lets bwnji climb on her back for a piggy back ride to the bathroom
Haylee takes benji to the bathroom so she could give him a bath
Sam runs to their room "whats wrong??" She asks franticly, hoping it was just another nightmare
Sam sighed and sat on the bed "we will have to wait here for awhile. Theres no way we are going anywhere in this storm" sam says as she takes haylee's hand
Sam sighedThe doctor agrees to come over and assist
Sam squeezes her hand "no need to be sorry"A short time later, sam comes out to the living room where benji had been waiting patiently
"On last push, haylee. Youre doing great" the doctor reassures herSam smiles "its almost time to meet the baby" sam says to him "thanks for listening to me and waiting out here" she says. In all reality she had to take a break herself. She hated seeing haylee in so much pain
((Wait are there twins?))"Sam i need your help!" The doctor calls
"Stay here buddy" sam says to benji and she goes back to the roo.
"Haylee I need you to push again." The doctor saysSam grabs a towel and the doctor cuts the cord of the first baby and she sets the baby in sam's arms. Sam wraps the baby up to keep the baby warm "its a girl hails"
After a few more pushes, the second baby is born "its another girl" the doctor says as she ties off the cord and cuts it
Sam hands over the baby then she goes back to the living room "want to meet the babies?" She asks benji
"Two girls" sam says as she takes benji's hand
Sam smiles and gantly takes on of the babies
"It is. Very pretty" sam says with a smile. On the inside she had no clue how they were going to manage three children
"I dont think so. The only crib shes ever had was mine and im almost 19 now."
"Hey mom. Youll never believe what happened" sam says with a smile
Sam smiles "tell dad to stop crying." She sayd
"Carful. Its still pretty snowey over here"
"Shes not your daughter in law quite yet. Shes in our room with mya and annabelle" sam says with a smile as she hugs her parents
Sam takes on gently. The one she held is Annabelle, who had a head full of dark hair. She stars up at sam with curious and wondering eyes
Sam smiles at her mom "she looks nothing like me." Sam says as ann wraps her tiny fingers around sam's index finger. Clearly the tiny infant already had sam wrapped around her tiny finger
Sam smiles((Hm...i feel like something should go wrong))
Sam looks over at her dad who is holding mia "is it just me or is she not really moving? "
"Ill go with him. You need to rest" sam says as she hands annabelle back to haylee
((Ok. You play her dad ill play her mom))Sam and her dad rush mya to the ER
Brenda hugs haylee "you need your rest. You've just given birth. Twice. Youre in no condition to be rushing tp the hospital." She says gently
Sam doesn't say anything for fear that she would lose it, which she could afford to do. Mya didnt even grip sam's finger, which is a reflex all newborns have. Sam had the feeling that mya's fate had been sealed before they even got into the car. Once they get to the er, the doctors whisk the baby away. They manage to get her heart going again although the rythem is weak and nearly non-existant. The head Neonatal doctir knew the baby didnt have a chance but she assigned a nurse to watch over the baby in their best effort to save her"You know when sam was six she was hit by a car while riding her bike. I thought we were going to lose her. I kept saying to myself 'god take me, just dont take my baby girl.' And they took her to surgery...I cried the entire time she was in there. But by the world's whim, she pulled through. Im positive mya will turn out to be the healthiest baby youve ever seen" brenda rambles on
Brenda stays quite for a moment "I know its hard doing nothing..." she says softlySam lays her head on her dads chest for a moment then she starts crying. She just wanted to hold and protect the helpless baby. Instead she cried into her dad's chest. She cried for everything she hadnt allowed before. But especially sje cried for her tiny helpless baby
"Its ok to cry. I did a lot of that while sam was fighting for her life." Brenda says softlyAfter awhile, sam felt like she couldnt cry any more. She just lays with her head on her dad's chest, feeling exhausted. All she wants is to curl up in bed and cuddle with haylee. Instead she sits in the hospital watching her daughter fight for her life.
