She sits next to her "have i ever mentioned youre beautiful?"
Sam smiles as there is a knock at the door. Sam gets up to let her parents in
Sam laughs "haylee...we are making lunch togeather. Remember?" Sam says as she lets her parents in "merry christmas!" She says in greeting
Sam nods "yeah we kind of just woke up." She says"Oh thats not a big deal. Thanks for having us over" brenda says with a smile as she sets a few gifts under the tree

Sam giggled "be patient father. We are still in high school." She says with a smile "lets open presents." Sam says with an eger smile. She just couldnt wait to give haylee her present
Sam passes out presents. She gets a keychain from her dad and a new skillet from her mom for the house. Then she lets her parents unwrap theirs
Brenda smiles and opens hers, a new baked goods cook book. "Oh I love it sweet heart!" Brenda says with a smile and she hugs haylee."I'm glad you like it dad. I wanted to do the one of you running rocket on barrels but the picture was just too big to be printed and look normal" Sam says and she hugs her dad back
Sam opens the long thin box which contains the necklace. She carefully unwraps the box and she slowly opens it. She gasps when she sees the beautiful stone "wow...Hails it's beautiful!" She says and she hugs haylee tight. She kind of felt bad that she had given haylee a gag gift to open before she gave her the true present. But it would all be worth it in the end
((So what if one of the girls has a family member in the military and brad and Brenda arranged a suprise home coming?))
Sam couldn't help but giggle "yeah" she says. Inside the box is a big teddy bear
Sam smiles and she deliberately looks under the tree "wait...hang on. There's one more" she says and she reaches back to pull out the tiny ring box. She goes over to the chair that haylee is sitting and she kneels infrint of it. "Haylee, you are the most wonderful, amazing, beautiful person alive. You make me the happiest I've been in...a very long time. Will you marry me?" She says as she opens the ring box to show a silver ring with white diamonds on the band and in the center is one large diamond held by silver prongs.
Sam smiles and slips the ring over her finger "I love you haylee." She says with a smile and she hugs haylee
Sam smiles at her mom "I couldnt think of how to do it. My mom helped me"Brendan smiles and holds up a camera "alright show me the love" she says happily as she holds the camera to take a picture
Sam laughs and kisses haylee back. She then looks at her dad "dad youre not going to cry are you?"Brenda smiles and takes brad's hand "our little girl is growing up."
"Come here dodger. Youre part of this too" sam says as she picks up dodger
Dodger whimpers and squirmsSam laughs "alright alright" she says and she puta the excited pup down

"Leave haylee. You know youre not welcome here any more." Her dad says in a hardened voice.Sam turns to the 16 year old "you ever heard of keeping your thoughts to yourself? "
Sam glares at amy "thats shallow. Ever for a little 16 year old brat. Im glad i met your sister instead of you""You watch it." Lena, haylee's mom, says to sam
"Amy! You do not talk to your brother like that!" Lena says in a scolding tone"Benji. Why dont you go hang out in your room bud? Dad's going to talk to the girls for a bit" randy says gently to benji
"Hey af least he loves his sister. Unlike someone else in this room." Sam says "honestly! What would you do if she died tomorrow."
"Ouch..." is the only thing sam can say although it was true"Thats it. You need to leave! " randy says as he stands up and he goes to where benji is and she picks him up
Sam takes benji from haylee so she could keep him out of the fight that is obviously eruptingHer dad rubs a slowly forming bruise on his face "i want you two out!" He says and he takes haylee's arm rather roughly andand he drags htowards the door
Sam looks at benji "just hold tight buddy. We'll get this mess sorted" she promises him as she pulls out her phone abd she takes the liberty of calling 911
"Hang on. Hes not getting away with child endangerment and abuse" sam says as she gets in the car((Can you play the 911 operator? ))
((Ok....it still be child endangerment because he could have gotten hurt))"I need police. My girlfriend's father is being abusive and has endangered a two year old child." Sam says calmly
"We've removed ourselves and the boy from the situation. We are in the car now. But im not letting him get away with this" she says as she glances at the window
"His name is randy gross and hes 50...i think" sam says
Sam smiles "it's ok hails...but will you pull over and let me druve?" She asks gently
"Hails...I'd love for him to stay. But right now we need to get to the apartment and wait" she says
Sam smiled "you spent enough on the necklace. Why did you get me anything more?" She asks as she drives back to the apartment
Sam pulled over. "No. And i would never want to do better. I love you more than anything haylee. I want you to understand that" sam says gently but firmly
((Sure. Since we dont really have much planned want to skip to the new years party.
Sam pulls into the drive way of the party "this is going to be just a bunch of teenagers getting drunk isnt it?" She asks in a somewhat sarcastic tone
Sam laughs and follows "i want ti get a couple drinks first"
