"Haylee!!!" Kate exclaims happily and she runs over to her best friend, happier than ever to see her best friend. Both of them had changed slightly in apperance. Haylee is now slightly thin and kate had gained a few pounds due to the pregnancy, but she isnt showing quite yet

Kate holds haylee tightly. She had missed her best friend like nothing ever before. "We are not dying in here. OK?"
Kate smiles "And you already knew Dennis." She says, blushing slightly as she hadnt told kate about the baby
Kate shrugs "Theres a whole other wing of suspension pods in this facility. Who knows?" she says with a sigh. "Did you get your portal gun yet?"
"I thought you didnt start testing until after susspension? And during susspension they only feed you that often because its pretty much slows your body down......What? I got bored one night?" She says as Dennis and james look at her
"Yeah...Thats a long story" Kate says and she blushes as she elbows dennis
Kate hugs her back "If I can manage to carry it through the testing"
Kate clears her throat and shoots Haylee a meaningful glare. "well we have everything so we should probably head to the lobby"
"Ill see you next time we wake up" KAte promises((skip to when they get on the testing track? and actually start getting out?))
((well I plan on kate finding haylee then they eventually run into dennis and james))
Kate holds her portal gun as she runs through the chamber lock, which leads to the next test chamber. "Dammit Haylee...where the hell are you?" She mutters under her breath, which takes a moment to catch
Kate waits for a few moments, hoping kate might be on the next elevator which transports subjects from one place to the next
Kate smiles when she sees her "Its about time"
"I dont think they are on this track. We will need to figure out how to get from this one to the next one. I think they are all connected" Kate says
Kate goes into the next elevator that comes through
"Starts out easy then gets harder than hell" kate says with a nod
"Lets get this over with so we can get on the text track"
Kate helps her up "we need to watch out fir those. Luckily this is the last chamber with them"
Kate generates a portal by them, then she generates one to get them up to the ledge
Sam grabs the weight block and she sets it on the big red button to trigger the door to open
Kate listens for a moment "yup thats them"
James hugs her "are you ok?"Kate follows
"We're all fine" she says softly as she lays a hand on her now swollen stomach
"Guys I hate to break up the reunion but we need to keep moving" James says as some turrets crawl towards them
((So when should kate go into labor?))Kate ignores the pain in her stomach as they press forward
"Im fine. I just need to take a break" she says with a nod
Kate shakes her head "no one is coming out of there until I say so"
"No. I'm not having this baby here. Not now" she says with a shake of her head and she stands up from leaning over
"No...the pain is gone. I'm fine." She says firmly
((Lol thanks))"Hey! You over there! You've gone a bit off course...if you could just turn around...tthat would be perfect" atlas says
"No atlas. Not anymore" kate says
Atlas keeps trying to get them to come backKate makes it through to a safe stop before she has to stop again
"I can't do this...not here..." kate says, mad at herself
Kate tries to keep it from happening but when it can't wait, she asks James to not watch and she takes her pants off as she has to start pushing
After a few pushes, the baby comes out. She is tiny and very premature
Kate holds the baby close but shes weak and can't walk
"I want to carry her" kate says, a protective motherly instinct coming over her. Everything told her to hold and protect her baby
Kate sighs, not knowing what to do. The mommy in her told her to keep hold of the baby. "Ican't do this. I can't be in here with her..." kate says softly as she holds the tiny new born close to her
James holds haylee's shoulders gently "hails...she just had her baby. Her instinct right now is to protect the baby." He says softly. "We are in a safe area now we should stop and rest"
Kate holds the baby close as she starts to feed her
Kate feeds her babyJames holds her tight to comfort her
Kate smiles softly "what should we name her?"
"We could call her izzy for short" kate says with a smile as the baby falls asleep
James puts his arm around her "sh...its ok. Youre safe" he assures her"I need to wrap her in something." Kate says softly, talking about the baby but then she sees haylee. "Hails...snap out of it!"
