So this thread prompted me to look over new releases, which I hadn't done in some time. Threw me an unexpected curveball that is a total game-changer.

Wayside School: Beneath the Cloud of Doom - My childhood! I thought Network Effect would be my most anticipated read this year, but then I saw this. Yeah, that's right. Wayside, yo. It's no contest.

My most anticipated of all was A Blight of Blackwings. Desperate to find time to reread book one and then carry on with the sequel.

I'm also anticipating Shorefall, although I haven't read Foundryside yet I'm intending to this year and I'm confident that I'll like it enough that I'll want to move straight onto book 2.

First Comes Scandal. I've just started this series but i'm still looking forward to getting to book 4.
