I'm alive! I upgraded my DSL and unfortunately the provider messed up, so I was without internet access for almost two weeks, thus the lack of an update last week.
Yesterday the whole mess finally was sorted out and I'm back online now.

The last two weeks were a win for Team Marvel and a lot of recruitments and defeats were going on.
For Team DC Kevin recruited Martian Manhunter, Cyborg, Green Arrow and Aquaman, while Roger and Nara defeated Bane and Christina recruited Superman.
For the Marvelites Brendan and Sara recruited Deadpool, Soila recruited Dr. Strange and Daredevil and Rinn recruited Human Torch. Bane was defeated by the trio of Sara, Shawnie and Christina, while Lel took the achievement for being the first player to recruit Bigby Wolf.

Speaking of portal heroes, Team DC acquired 4 Energy Cells and opened their first portal. They can now decide for which hero they'd like to go. As soon as there is an answer to this in this thread, you can start on working towards that hero. Congratz!
Team Marvel added 1 Energy Cell to their second portal.

Great! As the portal heroes might have the same issues as the villains for people using phones/tablets, I added the portal hero segment to the villain thread and renamed that thread to villain/portal heroes.
