I'm going to a glass blowing class today! I'm really looking forward to it. This will be my third class. For my first class we made Christmas ornaments. My second was a stemless wine glass. Today is a Pumpkin. :)

It was a lot of fun! The glass has to stay in a super hot oven once you're done so it can cool down slowly over 12 hours. I can't pick it up until Monday, but I'm excited to see the final product.

What a nice fall weekend it is turning out to be! We went to a wine tasting at a local winery yesterday and it was gorgeous out. Today we are going to see a theater production at one of our local theaters. It is supposed to be a funny show and I'm excited to see it. It's called I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change."

Oh, I knew that. I just wanted to add my two cents worth. lol

No!! That's what I disliked the most. If he was human, he would have been dead. But, they're making it out like he is now more than human because of all the fear and death he has caused. Apparently, that made him transcend somehow. I think it annoys me because there are plenty of people in real life that have caused a lot of pain and murdered many people and were greatly feared. It does not cause transcendence.

Plus, the gore was over the top, as expected. It's like the whole movie was jut them trying to find ways for Michael to kill people in disgusting ways. Yet, not much really happened.

And the people are SO dumb. No one in their right mind would make the decisions they do. How does a man who just walks everywhere catch everyone?! Seriously, he shouldn't be that hard to get away from.

Plus, Laurie (Jamie Lee Curtis) spends the entire movie in the hospital. No butt kicking at all.

Do the rest of you go through periods of reading like a blazing bonfire and periods when your reading habits are like a pile of dying embers? I definitely do. I _feel_ better and more balanced if I have a good read going, like a crackling hot fire, but sometimes for whatever reason I don't seem to have the firewood. To belabor a metaphor.

I wish I had the time to read like a blazing bonfire. I loooovvve to read and write. I read a LOT of non-fiction. But I have to schedule my time to be able to pick up a book of fiction to read. I'm lucky if I read at least two books a year. So good that you can do that, Jan.

I used to have blazing bonfires when I was a kid, but they're rare now. I do enjoy a crackling hot fire, but sometimes also have times when it's more like dying embers. I think a lot of people go that way.
