Hero like Jericho Barrons from the Fever series by KMM?
Hero like Ilya Prakenskii from the series by Christine Feehan?
Anne Stuart type hero?

Anne Stuart type hero?
Have you tried Ilona Andrews (the Kate Daniels series), Maya Banks (the KGI series), Nalini Singh (Psy-Changeling or Guild Hunter series), Kresley Cole (IAD series), Christine Warren (the Others series), Larissa Ione, Cynthia Eden, Patricia Briggs, Laurann Dohner, or Evangeline Anderson?
I do love Anne Stuart's heroes. Finn MacGowan the hero in On Thin Ice is one of my favorites. Who can write a dangerous hero like Anne Stuart? She does write the best but probably the closest "Anne Stuart type hero" I have read recently is Kaleb in Heart of Obsidian by Nalini Singh. Rafe McCay, the hero of Linda Howard's The Touch of Fire is another one. I also think some of Anna Campbell's heroes remind me of Anne Stuart especially the Duke of Kylemore in Claiming The Courtesan and Mathew, Lord Sheene in Untouched.Heroes Like?
Pamela Claire's McKinnon's Rangers
Kresley Cole's Immortals
Karen Marie Monings Highlanders
Kristen Ashley's Dax Lahn Golden Dynasty
Shannon McKenna's McClouds & Friends

Dmitri from vampire academy
I have read Vampire Academy. Thumbs up for Dmitri! I have a well-developed radar for Russian heroes, believe you me.
I love most of the heroes from Linda Howard's book, eg. Sam Donovan from Mr Perfect, Simon from Death Angel and Wyatt from Blair Mallory series to name a few. All the heroes from the Ice series by Anne Stuart.
I don't know if there's exactly a type of hero I would go for but I can list a few that I really liked and would reread those books just for that hero.Hunter from Unlawful Contact
Raphael from GH series: Angels' Blood
Riley from Branded by Fire
Bones from the Night Huntress series: Halfway to the Grave
Hmmm... what else
Kyle from About That Night. He has such a sarcastic humor... I thought it was awesome
Eidolon from Pleasure Unbound
Chace from Breathe. I don't know why I like him so much when KA's heros are eh to me... maybe since it was my first KA book and the rest became repetitive??
Sebastian from No Rest for the Wicked
Nicolas from Dark Curse
Aeron from The Darkest Passion
Rhage from Lover Eternal
If there's a commonality between all of them that makes it a certain hero type I'm not seeing it.
I love the character Soren in the sires series by tiffany riezs . I know this might sound weird but Ms. Riezs has just created a perfect character who you can see as a partner, bf, lover in real life. He has so many qualities I couldn't describe them. I would ran out of words but still want portray how great he is and its's not even that he is perfect this is with his imperfections. I have read so many books but cannot replace Soren character.

Quite a few of my favorite dangerous heroes made your list. I'm not really seeing that they have much in common. Chace is actually one of my favorite KA heroes. If I come up with a suggestion for you I'll be sure to post :)
I want a hero like Roarke from the In Death series! There was a similar character in a light-hearted series by...I forgot, she was a member of the Goddess Blogs group...but it wasn't suspense. So, I'd like a new aroarke to read about and if you could throw him in for real life, I'd be grateful ;)
I'd love to read more cray-cray heroes like Zeus in On the Edge of Love
. I don't think I've ever been more apalled by a hero that I loved at the same time. This author made a sociopath work. Even while he was being violent, alpha, and unsocial, he was still protective, vulnerable, and had a warped sense of honor all his own.
I like the idea of a crazy hero as well, Andrea. It's interesting to see an author do a sociopath in a way that you can actually appreciate him and not be running scared.
Sbatdorf wrote: "I need a new series that is great like BDB, or Troubleshooters, or KA's Dream men."Try Pamela Clare's I-Team, Nalini Singh's Psy-Changeling or Kresley Cole's IAD-lots of dangerous heroes :-)
For lovers of Presley Coles IAD heroes, try Tessa Bailey's Crossing the Line series. Risking it All and Up in Smoke Heroes are possessive, aggressive and will kill to protect their woman, haha.
Danielle, for a crazy, sociopath hero ... have you read The Sordid Promise by Courtney Lane? There are three books in the series. It's a dark read and really not a romance but by the time you get finished with the third book, you will realize that it is a love story. I need to warn you that it's a DARK read with some subjects that might be disturbing to some readers. As far as a hero like Jericho ... nope, I've never come across another like him. He is on the highest hero pedestal. no one can come close to him. :-)

is my favorite of all time.

Are there any books with hero like Deadpool? Mercenary with questionable morals, dirty mouth, snarky sense of humor but emotionally competent. He's strange but not afraid to say "I love you".

Is there any book with a hero who (for some specific reason) pretends to be gay but is in love with heroine?
I'm looking for book recommendations with the main male interest to be an anti-hero/dangerous/murderous/super dark.Bonus points if there are detailed non-con scenes.
@ Stella - you are asking for the unholy grail *sigh* if you find it - please let me know too :))I recently read Six the MMC is yummy, but I'll warn that the non-con is more dub-con at best and the ending is HEA.

Have you heard of
? I recommend it, along with everything R. Lee Smith has written. Also, there are several book lists for 'villain as hero' or similar. Good luck. : )
Willow wrote: "you are asking for the unholy grail *sigh* if you find it - please let me know too :))..."Lol, I love how you worded that! ☺
I am looking for more villainous heroes like Lothaire(from Lothaire by Kresley Cole) I haven't had much luck finding any that are quite like him... I've found a number of Anne Stuart-esque heroes which I also greatly enjoy, but none so much as Lothaire 'cause baby, I do love it when he's a little bad...

Have you tried the Blood and Roses Series from Callie Hart? I read it almost two years ago and haven't found any anti-hero to top Zeth.

Hey everyone,So, I'm trying to find a book with a blind Hero. Maybe paranormal but, it definitely doesn't have to be. Along the lines of Wrath from Dark Lover and Zarek from Dance with the Devil. (The two I can think of off the top of my head.)
Also, I'm looking for some books with a disabled/disfigured Hero. Could be from war like Vixen and the Vet. Or even just accidental or a fireman that got burned.
Thanks for any recommendations in advance! :D

Crimson Kiss
I've read and reread Kristen Ashley's Dream Man series. I've torn through Harper Sloan's Corp Security. Now, I'm in the mood for rogue security alpha series, but don't know any good/new ones. Help a fellow reader out?
