After years, I finally just got my husband to watch it with me!
Why does it take other people to tell him it's good to finally see it???? I read the first book way before the show, but the show is what made me finish the series. I watched the first three seasons by myself, but just in the past few month I got him caught up.

Oryx and Crake sounds good. Another great series!

With my exams I had no time to read exept a chapter here and there, but now that my exams are finished I can finally concentrate on it.

I just reached chapter 20

(view spoiler)[I had my first glimpse of Darken Rahl. He seems a lot more evil than in the series. I shudder at the idea of what he could do to this little boy.

I think that the characters are a different from the series, especially Kahlan. I don't know how you all experienced it.

It's interesting to learn where it comes from, but it's really too bad that Rahl can use it to find Richard. Hmmm I wonder how long it will take to figure that Richard is the seeker...

But what a disappointment when they wouldn't help him after he lost so much time teaching them how to make tiles for their roofs. :(

I'm really happy that Zed is awake. I had no doubt about it of course :) I hope he'll join Richard and Kahlan soon.

Darken Rahl creeps me out with his way of sweet talking to the child before killing him. It sickens me. And the way he did it! *shudders*

I can't believe Kahlan still has said nothing about her being the confessor. In the tv-series, if I'm not wrong, Richard knows right away.
