It's a lot to fit in with only a few days between each roll.

Review: I think this may be my first 5 star rating for a Sandrine book. I find them highly entertaining no matter the fluff involved. Only this one didn't seem fluffy at all. It was heartbreaking. God, the crap Jaxon had to go through to be with Elijah was just too much. I actually got very teary during one part. Had to get a tissue and everything. Solid story line and love story with angst thrown in. The last five percent threw me back into the stuff I expect with these books but the rest was so freaking good I'm keeping it at 5 stars. My favorite of her books to date.

Yes, I found that out in the last round of the challenge when I was nearly late because of it. I try to keep to books between 200 and 300 pages.
But that may change the next couple of weeks as I have a couple of longer books I need to finish in order to complete some of my yearly challenges. Then I might chose them for this as it forces me to read them fairly quickly.

I'm just thankful it was a really good book. Yesterday could have been a fairly painful day otherwise. lol

This was better than book one. It took me awhile to get used to the daddy kink but by the end It was okay. Quinn and Eli was opposites but they worked. It was a fun, sexy story

Review: This book was ok, the first book was set like a 100 ago and then the second book is set in modern times and that seems like a missed opportunity on Jayne's side. However, this series is long so maybe they go back and forth? I don't know, I still enjoyed it even though it was kind of strange how she did that.

This was a cute fun story. I liked the way Jill changes her life after being passed for promotion. She might not have been changing because of the right reasons but she finds that the changes are good for her and start having more fun. Ryan is also good for her.

Review: I think I liked this one even better than the first. Syn was just hot as hell. Add to that his absolute cluelessness when it comes to anything involved in a relationship and I'm hooked. I did think Furi was a little harsh at first when he kept trying to give up and leave but after the way his ex treated him it was to be expected. The smexing in this one was freaking HOT! And the dirty talk *fans self*, Oh My!! The crime solving took a back seat to the romance, kind of, well I guess it was meshed together perfectly because one didn't overpower the other. Yes, they were both whiny bitches at one point or another but I don't mind a little sniveling and groveling. Can't wait for the next one which I'm starting...oh, about NOW!

Another action packed adventure in this series. Secret is dealing with the aftermath of the events from the previous book and on the chase for Payton, then Mercy. In this one Secret also make a choice between the two men in her life. I was happy with the choice. Looking forward to the final book out in the next few weeks

Okay, this one was a little different that the first 2. Yes, we still have police work but it wasn't a huge focus. We didn't even see the big takedown. That being said we didn't get as much God and Day or Syn and Furi which I kind of missed but I'll survive. It was still really, really great. My favorite thing about this one was their unconditional love for each other as friends that turned into so much more. I just love this whole group of guys. Big, macho men who talk dirty and have some delicious sex. Now I can't figure out if the next one is going to be about Curtis and Genesis or Michaels. I'll take either one just HURRY! :D

Review:
Ella and Maddy are two sisters that got split up when their parents divorced. They both resent the parent they didn't live with as they felt discarded.
Now many years later Ella, after her marriage breaks up, comes to Greece to stay with her mum and Maddy goes to London hoping not to meet her dad. The girls used to be close but they both felt the other has a better life than they themselves do, but as is often the case looks can be deceiving and not everything is as it seems.
It is a Christmas story and a romance so of course all ends well.

The world when you get the hang of it is interesting. I'm sure there is much more to learn. Rain and Ellie, I liked both. Opposites but I thought they suited each other. I want to know more about Bel and the rest of the Fey. Can't wait to read the next book.

Review: So this series is growing on me. I didn't care for book 1, then I read book 2. Book 2 was more interesting and now I've read book 3 and seem to enjoy it more. It's like Hogwarts in space. Or Serenity only with teenagers and lots of ANGST. I'm not sure how to describe it but it's ok. I may try to read the first one again to see if giving it a second chance makes me like it more.

My least favourite of the trilogy, but still enjoyable. I have liked reading about Yelena, she is a strong character. I wish for more Valek. Love their relationship. I like this world.

This one's a little tough to rate. I love bad boy, rocker books but something about this is felt a little off. I don't know that I bought into their relationship. It seemed like there was so much going on with the movie and the band that I never really knew these guys. I will admit to having some feelings for the dog though. And the last maybe 25% or so saved the book for me. Nothing terrible, just not great.

I really liked Leilana even though she seems a bit too good sometimes. She didn't know she had any family after her mother's death and suddenly she is in charge of Mano her 5 year old cousin and of course in love. Then there is the loveable elderly taxi-driver Pi who helps her from the moment she arrives in Hawaii. It was a cosy, heart warming story. Perfect Christmas holiday read.

It is half a year since I read the first book in this series and it continues where the last one finished. Ruby, a Goddess, is still struggling with a lot of people disliking her after what happened in book 1. Eli finally comes back but nothing is like before. Ruby is called to work for The Higher Power who is not as expected to say the least.
