Karen (xkamx) | 101 comments As for what I'm reading... I'm working my way through A.J. Harmon's First Class series... AGAIN! It's among series I return to when I think of particular scenes I want to read again and (most of the time) wind up reading the entire series again.

This series covers the loves of six of seven brothers from early forties down to mid twenties. The people are so "good" and all get HEAs after overcoming their women's misgivings and/or other obstacles. I've reread the first six so far--as if I have the time to waste rereading. I'll probably finish the last three (one next-gen story) over the weekend. Sweet stories of love and family.

My only real negative with the series is that we don't get the romance story of gay son Andrew and his partner Rory. They're already together in the first book, which centers on oldest brother Matt. It's not like they're overlooked. Andrew and Rory get married during Matt's story and we get updates on the couple as other stories are told (adopting children, etc.). Actually, the different couples and family members show up throughout the entire series in and out of each others' lives so we get updates on everyone from the matriarch and patriarch through their children (7 sons), in-laws, and grandchildren. The stories showcase familial love as well as the romantic. Sweet.

Vanilla Glazed Valentine Vendetta (MURDER IN THE MIX Book 52) by Addison Moore
I have finished a couple of mysteries in between (on other readers), including the just-finished Addison Moore book Vanilla Glazed Valentine Vendetta from her Murder in the Mix/Lottie Lemon series--the 52!! entry. They're helping me with my 2025 challenges.
