I want Aelin to walk into her apartment and find Chaol naked and changing while ren is in the shower. It will be so awkward and amazingness.

Do you imagine a meeting between Chaol and Rowan ? -it will eventually happen in the fitur, anyway, HAHAHAHA, Chaol would be so jealous and Rowan, so arrogant !
Hahahaha I don't know about accidental showers, but I 100% believe that the reunion is going to be in Celaena's apartment. I can just imagine her entering and Ren trying to attack her. Then a brawl and Chaol trying to stop it, and everyone ends with "Wait, WHAT?" faces

I am desperately hoping that Celaena/Aelin ends up with Rowan. Sarah J Maas said that there would be quite a bit of Rowan in book 4 including a pov. Can't wait to get inside his head and see how he feels about Aelin!
Not including the men she flirted with (well be4 she assassinated them)
I think he does love her but would rather die than admit it.
I really hope she won´t end up with Rowan, because he swore the blood oath to her and i want her mate to be independent. Besides didn´t he say that you can just have one true mate your whole life? -Chaol will never leave Dorian and he was hurt by Celaena. So no true mate.
-Dorian has to stay in Adarlan und can´t live with her in Terrasen. I doubt one of them would leave their empire and he was more in love with Sorcha as with Celaena.
I hope she ends up with Aedion. He is someone who loves Terrasen so much and already has a strong bond with her since their childhood. I don´t think being cousins is a problem when back then everyone expected them to marry:-D
I honestly won't be comfortable with her and Aedion, maybe she just just rule alone with all of them as friends.

I ship Rowan, but I remember the scene in HoF where she is remembering the events of when she accidentally set the library on fire. Aedian was there and she mentioned that they had a strong bond. Even stronger than the bond with her parents. Or something along that line was stated. It made me stop for a moment and wonder how significant the wording of that sentence was. It is going to be crazy interesting when they meet up. The only thing that makes me think that they won't be shipped is that he is her closest family member alive. Even if they are distantly related. But, my mind still drifts back to that sentence sometimes and I wonder again, could that mean more with how it was worded.
Ohh yeah!!! You know I thought the same. And yes... It was something like... What kind of bond could that be if is "someway stronger" than the one with her parents??? Dudes... Everywhere. Is just that I wouldn't like it. And this is nothing about the being- cousins- thing. Is just cause she has lost all his family and he's (at least by now) the only one left! She deserves someone of her family. I mean... Having family! And sometimes you can see in your cousins a brother or a sister. I would like that Aelin could see Aedion like a absolutley-freak out-overprotective-brother. And may be Aedion could see her like a baby sister.
I totally agree. And they both had to wear mask and do things to survive in the kings court. Both of them deceived the king by not killing people they were supposed to under his orders. If I remember correctly, Aedian held fake battles where after witnesses saw bodies on the ground they would get up and leave later. His army is basically all renegades. I find it touching that they are both afraid of what the other might think of them after hearing of their past. Yet, they could share in the knowledge and pain of having to live that double life, always keeping their true emotions locked up and feral grins plastered on their faces. I want him to be the protective brother and Rowan her partner. At first the blood oath thing made me cry with how touching that scene was. Holy butter biscuits, that whole confronting Maeve scene. And the tattooing of her back, how can you not want Rowan to be her main squeeze. I then remember how the blood oath makes him basically under her control, and I think he as a partner to her should be independent, but the blood oath on top of their bond and being able to share magic together, that has to have some powerful pull between them. Maybe close to or more than a mate. And I don't think she would take advantage of his blood oath. He was still just as cranky and bossing her around as before. Lol. Sigh. Their babies would be so fierce and precious. Must happen. That is all.
does celeana/ailien know that Adion is still alive?
I believe so. She heard about him when she was in the king's castle and was glad that he wasn't there so that she wouldn't have to face his disappointment of what she became.
As much as I adore Rowan, I don't want him to end up with Celaena. I like the relationship they both currently have. It's more than a sibling thing and it's also more than romance, it's something much stronger. I prefer it that way. Wasn't really a fan of Chaol and Celaena, only because I adored Dorian but if need be, I wouldn't mind her with Chaol. I know she won't be with Dorain, they're like siblings now. Well, the way she sees him anyways. I do feel that Sarah might keep her single. She might leave it off as preferring to be single for now, as she starts anew with her role as queen. But anything can really happen, all I know is how much the wait is killing me.
For real. The waiting is the worst part. I also was wondering if she would get with Gavin or whatever the prince of wendlyn name is. When she spoke of him she thought he was amazing and that him and Nehemiah would of changed things if together.
Every time a man comes onto the scene she seems to hint at love so yeah she might stay single
One thing I don't get is apparently celeana was based on Cinderella I don't know if it is just me but I rally get that wn I am reading it
Lol. Cinderella?!?! Is Abryon (sp) her evil stepmother? I don't know why but I cracked up really hard picturing him as such. Dorian does fit the picture of Prince Charming. The castle is made of glass instead of a shoe. But, yeah, I don't really see any other resemblance.
SJM said that when she first came up with throne of glass she thought of Cinderella. She said something along the lines of what if Cinderella didn't come to the ball to dance with the prince but to kill him. And that is the beginning of TOG

I heard she based Celaena's personality with Arwen from Lotr, which is why I adore this series even more. She also based one of the guys from Legolas. Not sure if it was Rowan or Chaol.

I was a very strong Chaol/Celeana shipper... but then I read the prequel... and my heart BROKE into tiny little pieces for SAM. If SJM could introduce CHAOL as Celeana's love interest after SAM -- anything could happen, I think. In terms of the romance, at least.
I'm kind leaning more toward Aedion right now! :)
Guys! I realized today that we're half way there! We have somehow made it to the six month point! And with a title, blurb and alot of tidbits. Hopefully the next 6 months go by quickly.

Confirmed for Queen of Shadows: -Celaena will now be written as Aelin in 3rd POV -Rowan has a significant amount of page time -The opening scene begins with Dorian -We find out who Aedion’s father is -There will be more Cadre scenes [swoon] -Witchling babies will appear as will Crochan witches -New countries will be introduced -We find out which assassin murdered the royal family of Terrasen -New characters (such as Nesyrn Faliq) will be introduced -We’re all going to die

Just imagine if arobynn was the one who murdered the royal family.It would sort of makes sense it will tell us why he was there and how he found Aelin and everything, I also think it would be something he does.
^yeah, cause who else better to kill a whole line of royals then the best assassin in the world? But it would make sense if arobynn killed Aelin's family
