Noris I always though that when you went into non-magic zone you would be stuck in whatever form you entered in. But I'm probably wrong though.

Yea Aelin said he would be stuck in his 'hawk' form only if he was in his animal form when he entered Ardarlan's circle. He could just show up in his fae form and try to hid his ears and fangs. I mean even back in their time they'd be able to find a way to hid his ears and teeth. for god sakes for the ears all he was to wear is a hat. The teeth well I'm sure they could figure out something. Its not as if he talks a lot anyway. he mostly conveys what he says to Aelin.The way i see it for this book he will either stay and train the remaining demi-fae and gather troops for Aelins new kingdom…or he won't be able to resist staying way from Aelin and he'll disobey her and risk showing up in Rifthold in his fae form. We already know he has become very opinionated in regards to her after that bond is in place and thanks to his past history with his mate he may feel that being away from her is too big a mistake to make again. OMG i hope Aedion doesn't die because I can't wait til Rowan and Aedion are in the same room together. They'll hate each other SOOO much!!! HAHA
Aedion will be like: She is mine to protect since birth! I was the one chosen by her parents to make the blood oath! Where were you 10 years ago when she needed help. No where groveling at Queen Maeves feet!
Rowan will be like::::Smirk::::Our blood oath is already in place and I was the first to be in her court. (He'd just say it with his body and eyes lol) And sexily growl at Aedion.
Perhaps. But I don't know, magic has to be back and soon. I don't think Rowan could resist the distance between Aelin and him for a long time but the guy is not silly. Also, in the first chapters (the only spoilers I've read) it is said that Adarlan's entrances and the city are more protected than ever. I think that magic will be back in the half of QoS. That could be more logical. Perhaps I'm fangirling too much, but I have the feeling that Gavriel will have too much influence on Rowan's choice about Aelin. He's the only one that DOES know what the hell is going on in Rowan's mind (heart, to be more clear).
And No, I refuse myself to think that Aedion could be dead. May be he'll be very injured and Aelin will take care of him. Kinda growling to whoever dares to touch him. But no, he can't die.
I wonder Aedion's reaction when he first meets Rowan. That moment will be so great. I don't know if I will be laughting or what. Perhaps Aelin will need pop corns for the moment. And then, imagine when Rowan and Chaol meet each other... OMG!!!
Haha yes I'm looking the most forward to that part.
I really want to read that moment but at the same time I'm so scared. It would probably go so wrong (for example I think they won't really like each other)

Hahah yes! I can't wait for Rowan to meet the crew. It's going to be an emotional roller coaster for sure
I think when that moment happens I'll be fanning myself. Its gonna be steamy!!
It will be a growling and scowling game. Imagine when Aelin says her warriors that Rowan will be the commander... They will be so terrified!!!!!
Samy: I thought you could bond with multiple people but only be bound to one. Like how Maeve hand the entire cadre bonded to her and Rowan can only bind himself to Aelin after his bond with Maeve was broken.
Aedion will feel bad but he'll understand, I mean Aelin just knew that Aedion was a general of the bastard and nothing else so she would have never imagine that he was loyal to her. And, I don't know, but if rumors are true (let's cross fingers) and Rowan and Aelin mate, Aedion will be the first member of her court, finally Rowan would be mate and Aedion would be her first warrior
I have a theory that the king might either die or be brutally injured in this book and that Arobyn becomes far worse and gets another wyrdkey. He might become much more powerful than the king! Oh and I really hope Aelin and Dorian meet in qoS, but then again Aelin has no idea that Dorian is evil. In the first three chapters she said that the only way to stop the valg was to kill, either with a sword to the heart or with magic. She won't know how to stop Dorian because she wouldn't want to kill him. I think the last scene in the book might be those two meeting and then Aelin barely escaping with her life.
@Aelins, ooh yes that would be cool. I'm not sure if Dorian will be freed in this book or not. I think he will be but I kinda hope he doesn't. But he MUST eventually be freed.
Yes Lexie he has to be freed at some point. I mean after all that character development in HoF just to kill him off would be ridiculous
Yeah, I think out of all the characters in the ToG series, Aelin and Dorian are the ones least likely to die.
I agree. I think the characters most likely to die are Aedion, Chaol and Abraxos
Aelin and Dorian pretty much have a free life pass through the entire book, because they are way too important to kill.

I agree Sierra, I also think Abarox and Chaol are the most likely to die. Abarox for Manon's development, and chaol just because.
Yea Aelin and Dorian gonna survive to the end but Aedion, Abraxos, and Chaol are expendable characters that would drive the story as an emotional loss.(I actually think Chaol is slightly safer than the other two) I don't think Dorian will be free of his collar til book 5 because I picture this book being more about information gathering on keys and collars, alliance forming and battling between Aelin and the Kings Monsters. I think at first the Kings monsters will conquer, but once Manon and her 13 switch alliances the kings forces will lose ground. The only thing I question is whether magic will be back towards the end of QoS or Book 5. I never like the blood bond between Rowan & Aelin or the carranam factor…I think Queen Maeve will find a way to use Rowan against her using those bonds. Arobynn…who knows…I'm hoping she'll outsmart him. I think his downfall will be that Arobynn assumes he knows everything about Celeana..thats how he outsmarted her and trapped her before. BUT she's not Celeana anymore we know she's become Aelin and is learning from her mistakes. I personally hope she has all his assassins flip sides to join her so that everything Arobynn built will be out of his control and he'll have lost everything. I kind of hope Rowan and Aelin kill him together. Arobynn thinks everything has a cost…but what he doesn't know is Love is free. I'd like her to teach him that lesson before he goes to hell. He could have loved her but he chose to put a price on everything.

I think that Arobyn is so so terrible that he'll die or disappear without saying a damn thing about the amuleth. But I have a theory that Lyssandra DOES know where is it, the same way I think that at this point, she knows that Celaena is Aelin. So, perhaps Lyssandra saves the wyrd key! Also I think that the only way Dorian can be saved, is with the wyrd key!

I feel it would be wrong if Aedion and Celaena became a thing. They're cousins. It would be awkward... Like REALLY awkward.Dorian I don't think is cut out for a relationship after what happened *sob* and even though Celaena still considers what it would have been like to be with Chaol, she can't trust him like she used to anymore.
So that only leaves two options if my theories are indeed true: either Rowan or....
