I will add John Grisham as primary author for the second book, as it is on WorldCat, but it is an adaptation which shouldn't be combined with John Grisham's book.

I've corrected the adaptations to have the adapter as primary author, according to the Librarian Manual:

don't combine:

Adaptations. The book should remain separated from its parent work, with the adaptor listed as primary author.
