Kristie | 19136 comments None of my planned reads for the month fit the toppler, so I'm going back to the Wayward Children series and reading In an Absent Dream for Flying Monkeys - Read a book in the fantasy genre. This will kill off the series for me until the next book comes out in 2020.

message 7: by Cherie (new)

Cherie (crobins0) | 21536 comments Too bad I did not save the audiobook that I am currently listening to. It is short stories of Sherlock Holmes, written by Lyndsay Faye and narrated by Simon Vance.

message 14: by Rusalka, Moderator (new)

Rusalka (rusalkii) | 19204 comments I woke up this morning and remembered it was Toppler day tomorrow! So I have to do all my chores today, and find a book. Not a terrible Saturday.

And seeing it was snowing all last night, it's not a bad way at all to spend this weekend. As usual, the snow didn't settle, but it's so so cold for us.

message 15: by Trudy (new)

Trudy (trudyan) | 1779 comments I’ll be reading The Humans The Humans by Matt Haig for Toto (dog on cover).

message 16: by [deleted user] (new)

I'm still not sure what I will read. As the toppler doesn't start for me until 5pm, I may read a short story collection, The Beginning of the World in the Middle of the Night The Beginning of the World in the Middle of the Night by Jen Campbell or I may listen to The Night Circus The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern as I have been in a real cross stitching mood at the moment.

message 33: by Lanelle (new)

Lanelle | 4020 comments I've been in a peculiar mood lately. I'm having a hard time reading new-to-me books. I'd rather read old favorites. So that's what I'm going to do today.

I'm starting off with a romance (Tin Man). I'm reading As You Are.

Debra (debra_t) | 6542 comments I'm reading Secret Circles for horror.
