QOTD: What do you keep on your bookshelf other than books?

I have some Funko Pops, a couple special Beanie Babies, a few stuffed animals, assorted knickknacks, and pics of our Rainbow Bridge pets and their cremation urns.

I live in a very small place so my shelves are also storage. I have bins that hold different chargers, perfumes/lotions, etc. I keep my bullet / art journals. I also have a Gengar squishmallow on one because I'm afraid my dog will get ahold of it.

i love a light purple color, but i tend to like darker colors for my decor/wardrobe all year round

No, I don't change up my wardrobe for seasons, other than adding more jackets and sweaters for winter. I don't have a specific color palette either.

Mugs with bookmarks and annotating supplies, funko pops, book sleeves, small plushies, photos, and little random trinkets I get.

I don't really change up my wardrobe for Spring. I tend to not wear jackets, sweatshirts, or hoodies as it gets warmer, but the colors don't really change that much. I love neutrals and earthy tones. For Spring, I enjoy a lighter color palette with neutrals and pastels, like sage green, a light peach, light coral, beige, etc.

just being outdoors. spring is my favorite season for weather so i try to be outside as much as i can. reading outside is always nice. and i love hiking and just going on walks

After being cooped up inside for the winter, when the weather is warmer and it's a nice sunny day, I enjoy spending an afternoon outside reading. Just a relaxing activity where I can put away my phone and spend a lazy afternoon on the front porch with some iced coffee, tea, or lemonade, and a good book. I'm thinking of maybe getting a hammock to enjoy reading in this spring and summer.

I don't go outside too much, but I enjoy the occasional walk/hike. I also enjoy going to the park to read.

blueberry muffins are coming to mind for some reason lol so i'll go with that

I'm sure peach cobbler is meant to be a cold weather treat, but I make it more during the warmer months lol.

I think this is more warm weather foods but I love when the blackberries come into season because I bake a lot with them or preserve them. Fresh squash and Zucchini is a go to as well.

I finished 8 books in March and had a decent reading month. My favorite read of the month was Skin of a Sinner by Avina St. Graves, and my least favorite was A Guest in the House by Emily Carroll.

i read 3. my favorite was the re-read i did, but i don't wanna count that one so i'm gonna say leech by hiron ennes was my favorite. that just leaves negative space by b.r. yeager and i gave that 4 stars so i wouldn't call it my least favorite of the month lol

Deep cleaning my apartment helps me feel better during the spring. I also enjoy sitting outside to relax (if the bugs leave me alone). A Spring walk with the pup is nice to let out some energy so I can sleep better at night.

While I don't necessarily love the process, I love the feeling afterwards of having a deep cleaned space from spring cleaning. I also like to spend quiet mornings with a cup of coffee and my journal, or cozy evenings with a cup of tea and a good book. I also enjoy spending time outdoors on a sunny and warm days with a good book. I just got a hammock so I'm looking forward to trying that out. I also like to try new recipes for meal prep that are great for spring.

I tend to navigate towards cozy fantasy with strong nature elements, or romance, which is not any different than my normal reading but that's what I usually want to pick up in the spring. I love the beautiful, lush descriptions of nature, or a budding new romance between characters.

I'm just a literary fiction girly. I read it all year long. I think it does fit Spring well though.

Never really thought about it before but I do start to want to re-read books I associate with springtime, usually classics. Jane Austen, L.M. Montgomery, Louisa May Alcott, I also particularly enjoy an Agatha Christie this time of year.
