The past week I've been listening to my "fairytales" playlist on Amazon. Celtic Women, Cody Fry, Emmy the Great, and different movie soundtracks I love and make me feel motivated and inspired.

Oooh this one was difficult, but i'd say Matchbox Twenty/ Rob Thomas!

message 2264: by Vivian (new)

Vivian Stevenson (passionatelyperusing) | 2032 comments If I grew up in a different time, I'd say Tom Petty when he was young.

Now, it would be Queens of the Stone Age or Red Hot Chili Peppers.

silas☆ (lyc4nthropes) | 711 comments LCPL wrote: "QOTD: What has been the most ridiculous book you've read & why?"

maybe it's just because it's fresh on the mind, but 'nothing but blackened teeth' by cassandra khaw. something horrific would be happening to one of them, and the other characters would just be off to the side talking like they were trying (and failing) to win a comedy contest. it was such a weird reading experience
