Cindie | 1836 comments 30.1 – Schatzie’s Task: Gotta love the Hero!

Option 2: Christopher Reeve (Superman) is one of my favorite actors who had significant roles as heroes. Read a book by an author who shares a first or last name of an actor who played a hero from this list of movies :
REQUIRED: state the number on the list, and the actor when posting.

I read Juror #3 by James Patterson, whose first name is the same as James Stewart, who is #8.

Opt. 3: I have loved so many different literature heroes. It’s hard to pick a favorite. But the ones that stand out the most are the ones from a series. Read a book from one of your favorite series (a series you have already started) that features a hero. This book must be new to you and cannot be #1 in a series.

I read Murder at the Grand Raj Palace. This is #4 in the Baby Ganesh Agency Investigation. I have read all the previous books. This book is new to me. The main character is a hero -- he adopted the baby elephant under mysterious circumstances after he was left to him by his late uncle at great inconvenience to him. He champions the poor and underdog in all his private detective cases, and he runs a restaurant solely for his former colleagues in the police department, and he and his wife adopted a street child.

REQUIRED: state that this book is new to you, that this is a series you have read before, and state the series name.
