I am going to skip all those which have Elizabeth marrying someone else and/or with spousal abuse but I did find several which interested me. Thanks.
These were short, off canon, alternate universe. They were clever in simply being different. Some were one-shot, others just a few chapters that could be read in less than 30-minutes. It was entertaining and eye-opening with the OOC behavior and actions of our JAFF characters. A different take on canon. 139. Rating: clean, short [3-chapters]. OOC, alternate universe where Mr. Collins isn’t so bad and is rather clever. Elizabeth is rather foolish and seems rather young. Jane and Bingley are themselves. Entertaining, off-canon, it was cute and the HEA was common to the canon story. Everyone paired with the one Austen chose for them and they lived happily-ever-after.
Problems: probability issues, things developed that simply would not have happened. Such as ... conversations between characters that would never have transpired during that era. A breach of confidence in the telling of things that occurred was said or was read. Propriety issues... Okay, you get the idea. Not as well written as the other stories by this author.
You are making a lot of progress - well done. I will have to read a few of these short ones as I have been reading some longer ones the last several days.

We had to make that awful decision that no pet owner ever wants to make and Rodeo was put to sleep this afternoon, exactly seven months to the day that we lost Roddy. Feeling crap this evening.
Oh, Anji. I am so sorry. We love your dedication to your fur-friend and your decision to not let him suffer. Bless your heart. Rejoice in the blessing these two brought to your family. Have a celebration of life for them and look at pictures, cry, laugh at the fun times you had, cry, and talk about the difference they made in your life. They have earned this tribute. Then you can cry a bit more. I think you will feel a bit better. We will be praying for you.

We have the Hunsford proposal, Darcy invites Georgiana to Rosings and she befriends Elizabeth. The threesome return to London. Darcy brings Bingley to Gracechurch Street and Jane is now happy. However then Darcy and Bingley return to Netherfield. Darcy sees Elizabeth daily and things seem to be progressing well. But then a fire at Pemberley takes him away and when he returns Elizabeth is only there for one day as her father has ordered her to accompany Lydia to Brighton since Elizabeth has objected to Lydia going at all. The assault by Wickham has a domino effect. On top of that there is a letter which is never mailed and each finds ways to misinterpret the fact that the other is not there. The reasons for the absences on each person’s part make for much pain and heartbreak. “Love sought is good but giv’n unsought is even better.”

Rating: MA: Mature Audience for sure… descriptive and graphic, boarding soft porn. 22 pages make a quick read. Netherfield Ball and a Darcy/Bennet compromise. It was cute with the banter between the characters. It was mostly their passionate nature where they couldn’t keep their hands off each other. It didn’t have a Regency feel to it.

Thanks, Debbie. I agree with you... I've seen several published and WIP stories titled Compromise. I keep thinking... have I read this one? I'm constantly finding a new one. That was why I initially looked at this one to see if I had read it. WIP stories with initials as the author is a bit disconcerting as they will publish under a different name. That makes it hard to know if I have read it or not. I think this one was simply a story written around the sex scenes. That seemed to be the focus... Darcy and Elizabeth having the hots for each other. Oh well...
