There definitely is. It keeps you from dressing up as a giant mystical creature thing for Halloween, or something like that. It also keeps people from downloading an app where you are supposed to learn foreign languages, and then you end up learn Parcel tongue( from Harry Potter), or some other weird mythical languages.
