I really did like book 1, book 2 was unnecessary, kind of an excuse IMO to finish like it's going to finish, which is NOT THE ENDING I WANTED ANYWAY!

Alright... I have to defend the 4 star rating. Yep, I did give the second book a 4.... and I actually still stand by it, even though, if you read my review, I was a little salty. Still am. Because. #reasons. I'm with Ela, on the vast majority of them. However, I can't fault the writer on the fact that she gave me #feels. Lots of them. even if the vast majority of them were pissed off ones. I was still feeling these books a week later when I wrote the review. So for that alone, I had to give it a 4... because... any book, that could have me that riled up... deserved a 4. Even though, I kinda wanted to throw the book in the toilet and give it a flush, you know?
