In the 2nd book especially, this is how I feel about the h:(view spoiler)[she's really pissing me off, and I'm imaging that this is how people who read Thoughtless nowadays (and quite a few back then) feel about Kiera. I just thought she was young and naive and made irresponsible decisions, but it didn't make me dislike her. It simply reminded me of *me* at that age, actually. But this chick is 30!!! I have a A LOT of feelings about this series. I mean,the fact that I blasted thru both books in less in least than 2 days with Easter being thrown in there...but... there's a mighty big butt...gah.I'm just gonna do it...

I don't hate the character, because I know she's been through a lot, and both guys know where they stand, but at one point, somewhere before 50%, I think, she really confused me when she got home from an awards ceremony in Florida and she and Reese were kissing at the end of the driveway of her and Cameron's house (during the time she is supposed to be letting Cameron try to win her back and she's living with Cameron). And, of course, Cameron comes outside and sees them. That's all kinds of FUCKED UP for her to do that to him. (hide spoiler)] (hide spoiler)]

And a couple of questions from book 2 that crossed my mind:

This is safe after you've finished book 2:
(view spoiler)[1) Do these people never text each other?? She and Reese are constantly wondering what the other is doing. Can they not text each other?? Nothing's been mentioned about Cameron being nosy or checking her phone, has it??

2) Why didn't Cameron go on the trip to Florida WITH her?? I thought that was a HUGE plot hole for her to just go and nothing to be said about it.

I've noticed more editing mistakes in the 2nd book, and combined with the stuff I just mentioned, it makes me think it was rushed a bit to get it out. I can't believe not one beta reader asked, 'Why can't Cameron go to Florida with her?' (unless I missed some reason that was mentioned that he couldn't??)

Also, this Blake chick just fell on Reese's dick and he let her??? That seems SO out of character for him to me. It could have easily been written that he got drunk, Blake was with in the bed with him and seduced him, and in his drunken stupor, he thought it was Charlie--until he realized it wasn't. She still could've been plenty pissed about it happening that way. (hide spoiler)]

I feel like I'm being too critical, but dammit, at 67% (of bk 2), why in the HELL would Reese (view spoiler)[NOT have told Blake yet and have Blake on his arm when he walks into the gala??? I know it's needed to drive the plot, but to me, it's not realistic--the two months are up and he supposedly wants Charlie so badly and he knows how she feels about Blake.
