Thank you! I've enjoyed both, but keep getting pulled away from them. I will probably finish one next month LOL.

Thanks. :)

And yes, Team Bill! (Sookie already has many admirers from the first 3 books, and I'm just wondering if that will be a common occurrence.)

Jammin Jenny (jamminjenny) | 1078 comments Finished my first Agatha Raisin book

Dishing the Dirt (Agatha Raisin, #26) by M.C. Beaton read 3/3, 4 stars

I really enjoy this series. This is #26 in the series.

I also just finished The Witches' Tree by M.C. Beaton #28 in the series. I skipped #27 because I needed to read #28 in a series for another challenge so I still need to read that one. I gave this one five brilliant stars. I love Agatha Raisin...

Killer Closet Case (Danger Cove, #6) by Elizabeth Ashby Killer Closet Case

Karen ♐ (kmk1214) | 2365 comments Joyce finished both books and loved them... Falling in Deeper (Wicked Lovers, #11) by Shayla Black Rocky Mountain Freedom (Six Pack Ranch #6; Rocky Mountain House #6) by Vivian Arend

message 70: by Jennifer (new)

Jennifer (jhaltenburger) | 1166 comments The fourth was a quick read and an entertaining mystery. Started the fifth -- in which some of the characters from the fourth one have just made a cameo appearance. I like that kind of thing!

Sinister Snickerdoodles a Danger Cove Bakery Mystery (Danger Cove Mysteries Book 12) by Elizabeth Ashby

message 71: by GreenFairy (new)

GreenFairy (greenfairy429) I've gotten 2 of 3 books done for Debt Inheritance by Pepper Winters: Fourth Debt (Indebted, #5) by Pepper Winters 3/3 Final Debt (Indebted, #6) by Pepper Winters 3/6 There was so much that happened in these two books that Pepper could have made them into a total of 3 books. I'm not enjoying Epilogue as much though. Neither of my current reads actually.

I'm currently reading Indebted Epilogue (Indebted, #6.5) by Pepper Winters and Hot Ticket (Sinners on Tour, #3) by Olivia Cunning .

I finished:
More Than Friends by Aria Grace #5 -10
Hands On (More Than Friends #5) by Aria Grace Best Chance (More Than Friends, #6) by Aria Grace My Name is Luka (More Than Friends, #7) by Aria Grace Finally Found (More Than Friends, #8) by Aria Grace Looking for Home (More Than Friends #9) by Aria Grace Choosing Us (More Than Friends, #10) by Aria Grace

and read 2 books from

With a Kick by Clare London & Sue Brown
Slap and Tickle (With A Kick, #3) by Clare London Pluck and Play (With A Kick #5) by Clare London

More than Friends Series -- these I listened to through the Audible Romance Package. They were fast, easy to listen to, uncomplicated stories. Perfectly okay except for My Name is Luka (17 turning 18 MC. I don't like to read this age.) and Choosing Us which included a suicide attempt which was resolved way too easily.

With a Kick -- well...I bought this series on sale a few years ago and I'm making myself read it...and I am wondering why. The money was spent. I can't get it back. Reading books I don't like doesn't make the money less wasted. So far I liked book 1, I like the idea of the ice cream shop as the connecting thread between the stories, but I don't haven't liked books 2,3, 5. Not sure if I will continue with the series.

Thanks for picking for me this month.

message 75: by Jennifer (new)

Jennifer (jhaltenburger) | 1166 comments I know what you mean, Jammin. Usually I pick it up years after I bought it and then realize that I victimized myself! Usually I attribute it to whatever I bought just not jelling well with me and that’s the risk you take. But recently I bought an ebook, read one chapter, and it was so horrifying, execrably badly written I returned it on the spot. It really was a case of “it’s not me, it’s YOU.” Got my money back. Only time I’ve ever done that.

@Jennifer: I really enjoyed Breathless (Old West, #2) by Beverly Jenkins and wrote a review. I’m listening to the last book in the trilogy Tempest (Old West, #3) by Beverly Jenkins and it’s just as good. I hope to finish it today but THANKS 🙏🏾 for my picks.
I didn’t get to Midnight Breeds but my April picker chose it so I guess I will be catching up on the series after all
