Ahhh I think my teachers want to kill me. I thought I knew all the classes I wanted to take next year when I get to highschool, but now I don't, because their like you have to have two things of Stem and I'm just like whatttt that wasn't in the requirements because it wasn't. I literally hate Stem classes because they set off my anxiety so easily because if I don't do something right I could mess up not only my own project but a group members and possibly a machine. And I have to either take a full year of gym or split it up my first two years because I'm planning on going to that one school if I can get in and they don't offer P.E/Health classes.
But both of those could be arranged with a single shot

Can you email someone at the high school about the STEM classes? Like a counselor? Or do they just mean you have to take a science and a math? Maybe that's it...I wouldn't trust conflicting remarks like that unless you hear from someone at the high school. Even better, look up HS course requirements for your district. If anybody's right, it's your district's website.
(Unless you aren't in a district, but at an individual school or something. In that case, just go on the school website.)

I'm not sure what the counselor at the high-schools name is, but I have some of the teachers names, only I'm unsure of which to message because I met so many today. I know that there's the Physical Science class that we're required to take and there's a math were already required to take, the only different being if we chose to do honors or not.
Yeah, I just thought so because the teacher I had heard saying that was up there with the scheduling stuff, but maybe I misunderstood. But yeah, I should have probably thought to check the website sooner XD Thanks, Alia.

Oh, okay. We knew our counselor right away but nothing about the teachers until we actually got to the new school. Maybe you can message the scheduling person and ask her to clarify? Probably your best bet. Wouldn't be so great if you asked a STEM teacher "do we HAVE to take STEM" and it would be odd for you to ask a humanities teacher.
So I guess those are the two STEM classes they mean. Did you not know you had to take those, or was it just the phrasing that freaked you out?

I think I'll be seeing the highschool counselor(s) in February because their supposed to be coming over to help us with the scheduling. And all the teachers and the students that were helping were trying to persuade us to take their classz so they were all pretty much biased XD
I already knew I had to take them because my financial literacy teacher talked about it when we were doing a assembly before the break and she handed us a list of requirements, which is why I'm confused, because it didn't say anything about having to take a STEM class. And I get if if they want us to take one class, but two? That's just not my cup of tea XD Maybe they really are trying to poison me lol
The website was so unhelpful XD I couldn't find anything. That place is confusing. I think I'm just going to email the scheduling person tomorrow since it's kinda late and I know some of my teachers have rules by the time you can message them, and I'll try to get her to clarify it for me.
