It looks like it was auto-created by Amazon, but I couldn't find any traces of a book like that. ASIN search doesn't give any results, the cover has no author on it and I even searched for the cover image in images.google.com with no results.

#389 Just because it's no longer available doesn't mean it wasn't at one time, as it was imported by Amazon; it just needs to be left alone as long as it's been moved from the incorrect author profile.

If that's the case, your best bet is to contact support and ask them to move you and your one book from the default profile- https://www.goodreads.com/about/conta.... Specify which book is yours and should be moved with your profile when you contact them.

It's much easier for them to do that than for a librarian to move 27 books from your profile.
