Hi, there are a few books on my Author profile that don't belong to me. Could somebody please remove them? The books that need to be removed are:

I would also like to point out that my new book, The Unlikely Heroics of Sam Holloway, have been incorrectly rated (possibly by bots). There are 4 ratings on there, some from last September, but the book is not out yet! More than this, the proof copies are still at the printers, and the book was only handed in a few weeks ago! I've emailed Goodreads 3 times about this but haven't had a response. I don't mind bad ratings but these are bogus, because it's impossible for anybody to have read the book. There is also a review that I've reported as spam, but that hasn't been removed either. Could anybody please advise me how to get them removed?
