Her metabolism is all screwed up and I'm so happy that I got her from 540 kg down to 440 kg. It's still too much but way better than it was.

Yep, Jamilah weighs too much as well. :( But I have no idea how to get her eating less. If I ration her hay she will eat too much of her straw and that makes really fat. But I can't leave the straw and put strands in the box, it's now allowed. :(

Von daher ist das rationieren in der Box kein Problem. Auf der Koppel steht sie 1/2 Tag auf einem Sandpaddock und den anderen 1/2 Tag auf dem Grünen aber nur mit Fresskorb. Als ich mit der Diät angefangen hab, hat sie gar kein Grünes bekommen und nur abgwogene Heulage in vielen Portionen über den Tag verteilt. Die Heulage wiege ich noch immer ab.

Ja, wie gesagt, Späne geht bei uns nicht. Ist bei den meisten Bauern halt nicht erlaubt, weil die extra entsorgt werden müssen. :(
Wenn ich aber nur eine Gummimatte reinlege, legt Jamilah sich nicht hin, das weiß ich. :( Von daher bleibt mir nichts anderes übrig als ihr soviel Heu wie möglich zu geben, damit sie sich nicht über das Stroh hermacht.

Wir haben einen 'privaten' Bauern aus dem Dorf und der nimmt unseren Misthaufen mit Kusshand für seine Feldstücke. Wie gesagt, ist aber ausschließlich privat.

An dem Stall wo ich vorher war, haben wir die Späne unterm Mist versteckt. LOL. Da kam immer ein Holländer einmal im Monat und hat alles für seine Champignon-Felder abgeholt. Aber Rita düngt ihre Felder mit dem Mist und da geht das nicht. :(
