I'm feeling about the same way about Recluce & Imager. Both great series, but I think he's taken them about as far as they can go, even skipping around in history. I've listened to the first 6 of the Corean Chronicles & plan to start on the last duology of that next with The Lord-Protector's Daughter.
Did you read Recluce Tales: Stories from the World of Recluce, the collected short stories? They were good. I've got them all listed in my chronology, too. It's in my review of the first book here:

So, I go to the library to check out A Game of Thrones. I've never read it and wanted to see how it compares with the Stormlight Archives since these are the two leading books in Fantasy today (in some people's opinions). Turns out that this is a very popular book even years after being published. I'm 65th on the waiting list. Oh well. I'll get there eventually. : )

Now reading A Wrinkle in Time Trilogy. I tried to read this when I was a kid, but it flew over my head, so I didn’t get very far. I think I’ll appreciate more now.

I have just reread Lord Protector's Daughter and Lady Protector. I like the Corean Chronicles although I know a lot of people don't think that they as good as Recluse. I read Tales when it came out. I enjoyed the first novella best because I like the filling in of the early part of the series. Looking forward to reading the new one in a few weeks.

I just finished them as audio books. I don't think they're as good as the Recluce books. The main characters are a little too heroic & don't use their magic intelligently enough. Too much brute force. I still liked them, though. It's an interesting magic system & world(s). I liked the way they came at the same magic issues in different ways.

I also finished Prisoner of the Mind by Kal Spriggs. While it had some grammatical errors that could easily be corrected, the story itself was intriguing. I look forward to the next in the series.
I then moved on to the first couple of books in the Lady Julia Grey Series by Deanna Raybourn. I know...it's not fantasy! But sometimes my mind needs a break and a short Harlequin Novel satisfies that....LOL
I just finished Rise of the Ranger by Philip Quaintrell. Again, there were some grammar issues that were a little distracting, but the story kept me reading until the end.
Now, I'm ready for the feedback from my own beta readers so I can quit spending so much money on books! :)

I plan on completing the Powder Mage Series on my 2018 series challenge. I'm looking forward to it.
