I really enjoyed The 5th Wave, its good post-apocalyptic YA. The Madmans Daughter has been sitting on my kindle forever.
I'm looking at reading one of the following:

Where Am I Now? (September 2016)
Adulthood Is a Myth (March 2016)
The Miniaturist (August 2014)
The Night Circus (September 2011)
Delirium (February 2011)

When was it selected for a "best of"? November 2014

Hag-Seed by Margaret Atwood
OR
News of the World by Paulette Jiles
When was it selected for a "best of"? Both of them are from Oct 2016

It was one of the books I received from my company as a Christmas present.

I only gave it 3 stars, which isn't bad but is kind of a disappointment considering all the hype, ya know?
Here's my 2018 TBR!

Estate manager Caren Gray usually hosts weddings and school tours at Belle Vie, one of Louisiana's antebellum plantations. When she discovers the body of a young migrant worker on the grounds, she doesn't trust local police to solve the case, which echoes a century-old crime. Nancy says, "[Locke] writes with a deep understanding of love, family, politics, and race and the South, both past and present."
It was a solid, satisfying mystery, but not as great as her debut novel, Black Water Rising, which I highly recommend.
