Well i was sick as can be on monday, so didn't get any reading done.
What has been your favorite part so far?
Working as a team to get the squares filled.
Do you have a favorite activity?
Not really.
What have you accomplished so far in this read-a-thon?
I completed 2 books so far and am almost done with another book and audiobook.
What are your goals for the remainder of the read-a-thon?
Read and listen as much as possible to catch up on my reading challenge.

It's been a pretty busy week and I haven't read as much as I'd like.
What has been your favorite part so far?
I have been reading more than usual, so that is my favorite part.
Do you have a favorite activity?
The Scrabble with the added bonus of finding a book/reading term.
What have you accomplished so far in this read-a-thon?
Finished two books and am nearly done with two more. I also cleaned up my TBR and discarded over 300 books that I'm really not interested in anymore!
What are your goals for the remainder of the read-a-thon?
Finish two more books and maybe one novella I picked up at the library - A Dish Taken Cold by Anne Perry. Also maybe read A Study in Scarlet by Arthur Conan Doyle.

What has been your favorite part so far? I've been enjoying the team bingo. We've really been able to work together and get a lot done already!
Do you have a favorite activity? So far my favorite has been the Scrabble.
What have you accomplished so far in this read-a-thon? I've been able to get an entire book read (Illuminae)!
What are your goals for the remainder of the read-a-thon? My main goal is to enjoy reading. I haven't done so good at reading for at least an hour a day, but I'm trying!

I think I'm the opposite of many others--I've been procrastinating on some non-reading stuff. The read-a-thon itself has gone very well. Not the first time in my life that books took priority over other things (vacuuming, laundry, etc)
What has been your favorite part so far?
Working on the team bingo is pretty fun, and so is the individual game.
Do you have a favorite activity?
I liked today's book character scramble quite a bit.
What have you accomplished so far in this read-a-thon?
Lots! I've finished two whole books from start to finish, another one that I had started before the read-a-thon, am about three hours into an audiobook, and am about 86 pages into another book. The three books I finished were my last three for the ATY challenge, so that's also finished.
What are your goals for the remainder of the read-a-thon?
I have eight books on my Currently Reading list right now--it'd be nice to get some of them finished.

Surprisingly few, actually. I've been pretty good this read-a-thon! Actually, the next couple of days will ironically be more of a challenge since I have 2 days off work, and I sometimes find having the whole day ahead of me to read ends up making me procrastinate more.
What has been your favorite part so far?
Taking the chance to really try and catch up on my reading challenge progress, and the team bingo has been great.
Do you have a favorite activity?
I really like the team bingo game, and I like the individual challenge although I find it quite confusing since everyone is playing it differently. I also really liked the On My Shelf activity.
What have you accomplished so far in this read-a-thon?
So far, I've finished two and a half books, with the plan to complete one more (in addition to the remaining half of The Outsiders tomorrow.
What are your goals for the remainder of the read-a-thon?
Hopefully read all of Winter, and ideally start another book after that.

What has been your favorite part so far? The Games and the Team discussions.
Do you have a favorite activity? Yes, I love he character scramble!!!
What have you accomplished so far in this read-a-thon? Add a couple of books to my challenge and having a lot of fun!
What are your goals for the remainder of the read-a-thon? Try to finish one more book.

Not many actually. Of course I've had to work, but we haven't been busy, so I've had some time during the day to listen to my audiobook.
What has been your favorite part so far?
The combination of working with a team and doing the individual challenge
Do you have a favorite activity?
Scrabble
What have you accomplished so far in this read-a-thon?
I haven't checked my totals today, but I've read almost 700 pages, listened to more than 10 hours audiobook and so far finished 2 books.
What are your goals for the remainder of the read-a-thon?
Finish at least two books more and help my team finishing the tasks we're missing

Huge road works on the road to go to work and an ill foster kitten. Plus, a bit of phone time.
What has been your favorite part so far?
As usual the group bingo is nice and I also like the new individual challenge.
Do you have a favorite activity?
Where's the guess the cover? :p
What have you accomplished so far in this read-a-thon?
Finished 1 book, 1 manga, almost finished an audiobook and made progress in 2 other books.
What are your goals for the remainder of the read-a-thon?
Finish this terrible audiobook and my 2 other books.

- Work has definitely got in the way of my reading, I'm exhausted at night.
What has been your favorite part so far?
- Just now, I read for 2 hours straight to finish A Gathering of Shadows
Do you have a favorite activity?
- I really like the On my shelf
What have you accomplished so far in this read-a-thon?
- I listened to 8.5 hours of audiobook (Hamlet, Prince of Denmark), 200 pages of A Gathering of Shadows and 70 pages of The Darkness That Slept, which I abandoned (the writing wasn't my cup of tea).
What are your goals for the remainder of the read-a-thon?
- I would love to start and finish A Conjuring of Light, but with 600 pages, I'm not sure I'll be able to.

Wow! Congrats Kathy, that must feel good!!
If you like audiobooks, Audible has released the entire Sherlock Holmes collection (71h) for only one credit! Plus it's narrated by Stephen Fry, he's so good...

Work. Biggest challenge. I read more on a Saturday or Sunday then I do throughout the entire rest of the week.
What has been your favorite part so far?
Working as a team.
Do you have a favorite activity?
I haven't been able to participate in most of the games, but I like the group Bingo and the perfect line sounds fun.
What have you accomplished so far in this read-a-thon?
I finished a book and I've listened to over 3 hours of audio.
What are your goals for the remainder of the read-a-thon?
To finish One Hundred Years of Solitude and Coraline.

What has been your favorite part so far? I like working with the group challenge and the individual challenge
Do you have a favorite activity? Tie between group and individual challenge
What have you accomplished so far in this read-a-thon? I have read one small book and read 160 pages of Winter so far. In reading the The Time Machine I added a bunch of categories to the group challenge since I read it outside and in one sitting.
What are your goals for the remainder of the read-a-thon? Complete Winter and the rest of the short stories in the series. Hopefully read another small book.

Work and being a little bit sick
What has been your favorite part so far?
Reading ;) and the group challenge
Do you have a favorite activity?
The group challenge (if that counts as an activity)
What have you accomplished so far in this read-a-thon?
read two complete books and more then half of my third book.
What are your goals for the remainder of the read-a-thon?
Finish reading my third book and listen to at least one book.

Work has been in hyperdrive recently, and some friends wanted to hang out during evenings I'd planned to read. (A good problem to have!)
What has been your favorite part so far?
It's been a really good spur to get through a few books I had sitting around but hadn't started yet.
Do you have a favorite activity?
Not participating in any activities, but I like seeing everyone's progress!
What have you accomplished so far in this read-a-thon?
I've finished one book (Ain't I a Woman: Black Women and Feminism) and have made significant progress on three others.
What are your goals for the remainder of the read-a-thon?
I hope to finish at least 2 of the 3 books I have currently going (ideally all 3, but I have plans tonight, so that might be a pipe dream).

Wow! Congrats Kathy, that must ..."
Thanks, Sophie. I did feel good to clear out my TBR a bit.
I got the audio with Stephen Fry reading the Sherlock Holmes stories. Haven't listened to it yet but glad to hear it is so good.

It's not really a challenge as I'm enjoying it, but I volunteered to keep track of our team's progress and it's taken me a bit longer than I thought so that's limited my reading time a little.
What has been your favorite part so far?
I'm really enjoying the team bingo, it's interesting to see what my team mates are reading and I've added a few books to my TBR based on this. I also like the on my shelf game.
Do you have a favorite activity?
I think I answered that in the last question - team bingo and on my shelf.
What have you accomplished so far in this read-a-thon?
I finished reading Case Histories, listened to two audiobooks (The Collectors and A Rare Book of Cunning Device), and I'm about 50% of the way through The Dogs of Riga.
What are your goals for the remainder of the read-a-thon?
I'd like to finish The Dogs of Riga tonight or tomorrow. Ideally I'd like to read one other book entirely - possibly Death on the Nile - and finally I want to make a start on The Lady of the Rivers as it's quite long and I have to return it to the library in two weeks.

Difficulties in my personal life are making it difficult to concentrate on reading. I am sticking to shorter, easier reads to help with that.
What has been your favorite part so far?
I like the individual board game. That has been motivating too.
Do you have a favorite activity?
The individual board game is fun
What have you accomplished so far in this read-a-thon?
I have read two books and am nearly done a third. All short ones but still better than I have been able to accomplish on my own in recent weeks.
What are your goals for the remainder of the read-a-thon? Finish my current read tonight (thursday) and read at least one more book before this is done. Oh and figure out what day the read a thon ends on since i currently have no idea. :-/

What has been your favorite part so far? I have enjoyed all the games.
Do you have a favorite activity? I thought that the perfect line was a fun and I enjoyed see what others used in their responses.
What have you accomplished so far in this read-a-thon? I have read three books for the ATY challenge and now only have one left to compete the year. I have a few books that would fit the challenge so might just finish up before the read-a-thon is over.
What are your goals for the remainder of the read-a-thon? Do anything I can to help my team complete the bingo and if possible finish the ATY challenge.

A full time-job plus a week of grading essays after-hours, and then getting sick on top of it. Thank goodness for audiobooks.
What has been your favorite part so far?
The group-effort and the games. All great ideas.
Do you have a favorite activity?
I'm a huge fan of Scrabble in any form I find it.
What have you accomplished so far in this read-a-thon?
I've gotten a few extra hours of audiobook reading done, and finally got to a book I'd been meaning to read forever (Cinder)
What are your goals for the remainder of the read-a-thon?
Just to finish it. I have one last book I'd love to power through tonight and tomorrow (The Hound of the Baskervilles). And I want to help my group complete the board #TeamScarecrow
