I adore In Bed with the Devil (Scoundrels of St. James, #1) by Lorraine Heath , Scoundrels of St James, I am fairly certain that Scandalous Gentlemen is the next generation. Another author I must read more of.

Scandalous Gentlemen is the next generation and The Hellions Of Havisham cross over with that generation as well. :)

Those three series are wonderful! I just read all of them (published to date) in 2017. I highly recommend them.

Geri I read my first Lorraine Heath book, She Tempts the Duke . I enjoyed it! I added more of Heath’s series to my challenge.

I’ve also added a few series, by authors I have never read, that I have seen discussed here or reviewed. Thanks to all! Most are available through Hoopla. I LOVE that!

I enjoy it. I stumbled on the first two as free Kindle books (I think The Governess Affair is a free one right now, actually). They are still some of my most commonly reread (though I still have the last two in the series to read - why the series is on my list here!).

The heroines are intelligent with their own little quirks; the heroes aren't annoyingly, chauvinistically Alpha; it's a nice break from my usual Regency reads; and I enjoy the genetics discussion that follows through the series (one of the characters is a researcher). My undergrad degree was Biology, so I get a kick out of that little addition :)
