These seem rather tough but I'm pretty sure I'll still be able to find something. From the top of my head I thought anything with a gun wound could do for #20 and almost anything serial killer for #18 and perhaps something about patchwork/quilting or most of the historical fiction for #7 (they used much much cotton fabric - especially the settlers). Thinking about it I could imagine
