EnglishElle | 87 comments Hi Amanda,

I picked The Book Jumper by Mechthild Gläser because it sounded really interesting and Crown of Midnight (Throne of Glass, #2) by Sarah J. Maas because I know how hard it can be to be away from a series for too long.

I recommended The Demon King (Seven Realms, #1) by Cinda Williams Chima . I read one of the books in this series, and I believe it classifies as an Urban Fantasy/Romance/Sci-Fi. I hope this recommendation fits your request. :)

message 60: by Runell (new)

Runell Hi, Gabriela my picks for you are

Between Shades of Gray by Ruta Sepetys and Ready Player One by Ernest Cline

My recommendation for romance, I feel like I have a million options for you since you say that you want to get more in M/M romance:

Cut & Run (Cut & Run, #1) by Abigail Roux the beginning to one of the best M/M series ever written; it's totally character driven and that's what makes these books (and don't be discouraged if the first couple of books you're not too crazy about, because it's the third one that really hits it out of the ball park).

Starfish and Coffee by Kele Moon one of my all-time favorites.

A Younger Man (Cabin Fever #3) by Cameron Dane another one of my favorites that doesn't get all the love it deserves in my opinion.

Sorry for all the recs, but ughhhhh. I want just make you read all of the M/M.

Nikki the Sapphired Book Dragon AKA NixieNut (sapphireddragon) | 556 comments Jodi,

For you I pick:

Postmortem (Kay Scarpetta, #1) by Patricia Cornwell - Love this series
The Secret Sister (Fairham Island, #1) by Brenda Novak - Because it sounds interesting
The Boy Most Likely To by Huntley Fitzpatrick - I have heard good things about this author

And as a bonus: Death of a Gossip (Hamish Macbeth, #1) by M.C. Beaton - I adore the Hamish MacBeth books and I loved the the tv show that was eventually made from them. This series just recently published number 32 in the series so though its an older book, I am hoping you will be able to find it

Esther | 60 comments Hi Rachel,

I am going to pick My Soul to Keep (African Immortals, #1) by Tananarive Due and The Three-Body Problem (Remembrance of Earth’s Past, #1) by Liu Cixin for you. message 98: by Jenn (new)

Jenn (tellingmelies) | 540 comments Finished Tumble & Fall by Alexandra Coutts . Aside from the beautiful cover, I was sadly disappointed in this one. I'm wavering between 2-3 stars :/ Don't you hate when a cover fools you?

Danielle Gypsy Soul (afdaniellet) | 1919 comments LaurLa,

I finished Into the Fire (Night Prince, #4) by Jeaniene Frost . I enjoyed it but I was also just a little disappointed. I had high expectations for this book and the romance part fell short with all the violence in it. Still gave it 4 stars. Working on the other pick and the genre pick still :)
