I finished Trouble at the Animal Shelter late last night for another 158 pages, so Friday's total for me is 703 pages

It's such a lovely grey day here, and hopefully we'll get a bit more rain. It's perfect for both reading and writing. I shall write until my brain fries, and then read for some relaxation :)
Hopefully you will get our rain Leonie. We really don't need any more. It just keeps falling - our lawn looks like a meadow and the washing is piling up! Which is fine because I can keep reading:)

We'd love it - we've had a few falls, but they don't seem to be where they need to be, and some of our farmers are a bit desperate. Add to that the recent fires, and it's been a tough summer for them.
