Elina- that's wonderful news - 2500 page reads is exciting."

Yes, Elina, that's encouraging - it will go down but it will also go up, and up!

Beautiful. I'd go with it.

Thank you very much. She's working on revisions. She's very good.

*Raises eyebrows* Patience woman! :) It's a spree or serial killer one. I suspect there might be some dark humour because I'm a sick puppy.

@Elina - well done. I think my page reads might have reached triple figures lol

I wish I could say it was all my own work lol. Thanks. I'm going to see if the designer can do what Alexis mentioned about making the space station stand out from the background. It pays to pay for unlimited revisions.

hahahahaha

message 2758: by Amy (new)

Amy Hamilton | 2560 comments Yeah that’s mine lol. It has to have the word “bollocks” interjected throughout the narrative a few times. I could write that.

message 2759: by Amy (new)

Amy Hamilton | 2560 comments I have an altered cover. I can’t see how to upload from my phone though. I think it stands out more.

message 2760: by Amy (new)

Amy Hamilton | 2560 comments I would like the vampire one to be written first please.

message 2761: by Amy (new)

Amy Hamilton | 2560 comments I’ve never done a preorder before. How about I do one for 99p etc increasing to £1.99 on release day? (Ebook not paperback. Those thing cost more.)

message 2762: by Amy (new)

Amy Hamilton | 2560 comments I think I'll look into that this time. I've left myself more time to get the book out.

How does that look?

message 2763: by Amy (new)

Amy Hamilton | 2560 comments Thank you. She's very good. I'll leave it a bit and if I don't think of anything else I need to do, I'll accept it yay.

That's the PB one.

Amy Hamilton | 2560 comments Oliviaprodesign from Fiverr. She's very good. And seems to always have 45 jobs in her queue. Very fast and very affordable compared to what I thought I'd have to pay three years ago.

message 2769: by Anita (new)

Anita Dickason (anitadickason) | 220 comments This is a good day. I am getting ready to launch my third book Au79. I am excited.

The eBook will be up for sale next week. Here is the synopsis.

What connects the two largest Texas universities to a missing Laredo ATF agent, Stuart Dyson?

Sent to take over the investigation, FBI Tracker Adrian Dillard’s arrival in Laredo is met with hostility from local agents and Dyson’s fiancée, Homicide Detective Tracy Harlowe. When every lead ends with a dead body, his uncanny sixth sense kicks into high gear.

Who knows more than they are telling? Is Dyson a victim or a deadly mastermind? Tracy Harlowe may have the answers, but the secrets she’s hiding could very well get her killed.

What Adrian uncovers sends shockwaves all the way to the White House. When Tracy disappears, he doesn't need his strange gift to tell him time is running out.

Anna Faversham (annafaversham) | 1236 comments Love your profile notes, Anita. Just right for your sort of book.

message 2773: by Amy (new)

Amy Hamilton | 2560 comments Good luck Anita.

Just following the Alex Carver format for back matter because it looks good.

However, at this stage, I'm inclined to leave links to the erotica out completely. This would mean I don't have an "also by" entry. What do you think?

message 2774: by Amy (new)

Amy Hamilton | 2560 comments It looks a bit sparse but it will have to do for now. The ebook has the sign up when there are new releases and gender neutral author bio with a link to medium (which then blows the gender neutral bit for science fiction out of the water). The paperback just has the author bio.

I've had it now, I need a holiday.

message 2775: by Amy (new)

Amy Hamilton | 2560 comments No prob. I haven’t blogged anywhere else in months. I suppose I should set up another FB author page. ARGH

Nancy Quinn | 46 comments I'm not really sure how to get the word out, since I struggle with social media, but I do have some Friday the 13th good luck for us all. In honor of my book being nominated for the Will Rogers Medallion Award, the EBook version of "Go West, Young Woman!" is a 99 cent download to any device on April 13 and 14. The price will rise very few days until it reaches the final discounted price of $4.99 on April 20th. It's my first Amazon Countdown Deal https://www.amazon.com/Go-West-Young-...

Are you wearing a patch, Amy?

It may hurt later when all the adrenalin wears off- I would use it in one of your books- torture for Track?

ALEXIS-IF YOU DON'T PUBLISH THIS ONE-YOU'LL HEAR MY SCREAM FROM LONG ISLAND!!!!!

I loved, loved , loved that voice- I think you've found your niche.

message 2796: by D.J. (new)

D.J. Cooper | 1028 comments Guess who? I think I've logged in, claimed an author account and uploaded a book. I appear to have also published another book under my real name I know nothing about. I've asked to be separated from it in case I don't fancy it.

Missing Remnants

If I'm supposed to be a gender neutral SF author what on earth am I supposed to use as my avatar?

No, I'm not wearing a patch. I tried wearing a towel over my head yesterday, but it got too hot. My eyes are light sensitive anyway, but last night I wanted to remove my head and stick it in the freezer. I have never experienced light sensitivity like it. And I felt like I had flu. I took as much medication as I could and slept for ten hours and it's almost normal now. I still can't see details with my left eye, but at least I can keep my eyes open in daylight!

Probably a good idea for you to separate yourself from that other book, you can't be too careful, it might be not your kind of thing at all. I mean, you don't want to be connected with some metaphysical strangeness, lol. "

Or it's by someone totally normal. Can you imagine? That would never do!

message 2800: by D.J. (new)

D.J. Cooper | 1028 comments Don't worry, I really don't think anyone would ever put me and normal in the same sentence without laughing.
