Thanks mate!

Congrats, Ben! Very cool.
A psychologist asked me to review his indie book. You know, I suffer from anxiety- It just started about ten years ago and the first time it happened I thought I was having a heart attack.
Well, anyhow- I read his book last night and reviewed it- It was really helpful- If anyone is interested- here's the review-maybe the book can help others.
It made me see my anxiety in a whole new way.

I got the Arc on Michael's new book Monsterland Reanimated.
It will be released this Friday the 13-
Anyone who wants a copy, let me know- I'm happy to share.
No pressure, though. I think it's a fun read- but I'm his mom, I might be biased.

Also, a rare treat, actor Dan McGowan recorded my book Captain No Beard.

That is great news Carole! I will check out your interview and book reading first thing tomorrow. :) Is Monsterland Reanimated a sequel? I saw a teaser for it somewhere a a week or two ago. I don't handle "scary" well. I am a wimp. Haha. Del's book The Unicorn Hunter was pushing my limits.
I think his books are more "thinking" books. I am a scaredy cat and couldn't read them either if they were scary- I think that's one of the complaints for die-hard horror fans- is that he writes horror that is not scary.
However, I wrote Bulwark and didn't think it was scary at all and a few people thought it was horrifying. Go figure.
He's actually more funny- I think than scary- His scariest and least humorous book for me was The History Major. That book was really horrifying-but addictive. It got really mix reviews- I loved it- others absolutely hated it.
Sometimes I get so lost in his work I forget he's my kid when I read
Book 2 of this series is more apocalyptic and they are both rated YA.

I have just hit the submit button on an order for a cover for Missing Remnants. I've decided to go with D2D and KDP ISBNs for now. I can always buy some later. I put a one day rush on it and picked the option for a premium picture. Fingers crossed.

Now, how the experts found that out... no idea.

Right now, I'm still riding the wave of not having to fight Smashwords. I can't tell you what a relief that is.

In other news, space stations are hard to find. Eliminating the one you used, I think I have several options but I don't love any of them.

I think if you could remove all the kettles, dogs and petrol stations when searching for space station you'd have about five relevant pages not 297.

a good review of a topic that affects many/most of us

I'm super busy and have ignored Goodreads totally lately... but I have to share my good news. :)
I released my first ever book in February, not selling much, but then I did a promotion for it this week on Monday and got really good results! Last four days and over 2500 pages read on KU! I know it's not much but it's something and I'm so happy that people are actually reading it. I did some great sales too! :)
Then I wrote a novella and I'm giving it for free in a group promotion and I'm getting nearly 20 new subscribers every day with it.
I've been working really hard and I'm so happy to get SOME results! :)

My husband almost smiled when he saw this cover for my latest novel. It's a very good sign. (Draft copy, hence the Fiverr logo)
What do you think?

Alex, how many words in An Unwanted Inheritance, roughly? I'm wondering about paperback pricing. I need to be at least £5.99 or I won't make anything. I think at £5.99 I'll get £1.29 royalty. (I don't sell many paperbacks but I will not price it to make a loss.)

I think the spaceship blends into the background a bit too much but I love the title and the colors.

Yes that's a good sign. Thank you.
