49: A book from someone else's bookshelf

I'm reading Rising Strong by Brené Brown. A friend loaned it to me months ago, and it has been sitting on my side table ever since. I just sat down, saw it and as I'm trying to have at least one non-fiction book on the go all of the time, I figured now was as good a time as any! I had never heard of this book, and I didn't ask to borrow it, but my friend loved it and as I've been going through some rough stuff, figured it could help me out.
